Bree has long, curly hair in several shades of brown, including auburn, light ash, walnut brown, ect. Faint blond streaks blend in with the different browns and it is sometimes barely visible. Her hair reaches a few inches below her shoulders, and has a somewhat wavy yet curly way in it. It flops nicely over her forehead. Her eyes are round and have a solid yet shining gray, and her eyebrows are sleek and round. Her smile is small but kind and her teeth are pure white and straight, and her lips are slim. Bree's skin is pale white, and is soft and smooth, a healthy and pretty tone of color for her non sun-damaged skin. She is average height, standing at 5'5. Lithe and slender, however she is stronger than she looks, so don't be fooled. She has an oval/round face, with a small nose.
Personality/History:
To some, Bree is confusing. Some don't understand her, but that's just how she is. This isn't because she's strange or anything like that. She kind of haves different personalities. This is because her older brother, a long ago Victor, taught her to be almost completely different people so that her opponents don't expect a thing. She doesn't have any disorder at all, she changes pretty much on purpose. Nobody knows her secret on how she changes, and she almost always knows what to expect.
First of all, let's start from the beginning. Before she was trained by her second eldest brother, Gabriel. Bree was once the perfectly kind but shy girl. She never held a grudge, and still doesn't. She'd never hurt a fly. She was always apologetic and forgiving. Not one piece of her was bad. And then she was bullied. They came at her, five boys just 2 years older than her sought her out and hurt her. Every day, after school, they dragged Bree across the schoolyard and to an abandonned Power Plant. They tied her up and punched her, kicked her. They even pushed her and dragged her across the blood-stained cement. She went home with cuts and bruise and scrapes everyday. Bree's older brother, Gabriel, was infuriated. His youngest sister was being tortured, and he wouldn't let it happen. Instead of beating the bullies himself, he taught Bree to stick up for herself. He taught her tricks and skills, and she eventually got the hang of it. She finally let the boys bring her to the abandonned Power Plant, but she stopped that there. She used her fighting skills to beat the bullies, hurt them like they did to her. Her kind and pure heart Was gone that day. Instead, hatred and anger replaced. She punished the bullies and left them to rot at the Power Plant. But after that, her kindness came back. Not forever though. She asked Gabriel to teach her more, and so he did. She learned how to fight, how to kill. And though she regretted the thought that she would ever bring death, she vowed to herself not to be afraid of it.
Bree is still the same kind girl she was before. She still cares about others, she still forgives and forgets. But not always. She's learned never to trust a complete stranger. She is skilled, deadly and always furious. She good at hiding her anger and sadness, and can see through almost any lie. Though she's loyal and protective, she's fierce and cunning, and never afraid to kill. Bree may be trustworthy sometimes, but she's learned never to be so trusting to people she hardly knows. And although she dislikes the Games, she isn't fearful of it or death. She knows she'll die eventually, and she believes in an after-life, a Heaven. She has always longed for the day she'll join Heaven, and always knows that day will come despite her deadly side. She is also very curious, wanting to learn and be taught of the helpful stuff in life.

District Token:
Bree's Token comes from her older brother, Gabriel, when he participated in the Games. It's a pure white ring that has writing carved into it that says, "Shoot for the moon. If you miss, you'll land among the stars". Thing is, the ring is only pure white in daylight. Under the moon, the ring changes to silver, and in the darkness, it becomes a pitch black color. Gabriel gave this to Bree because it's color changes the way she does. White for her pureness, silver for her cunningness, and black for her fierceness. This is what she calls her different personalities, Pure, Silver, and Dark.
Skills:
Battle Skills- Bree is excellent with daggers and knives, especially throwing them. She has amazing aim, and almost never misses. Gabriel taught her this skill. She also learned hand-to-hand, and is powerful and stronger than she looks. Also, for close-range combat, she can wield a spear pretty nicely, but she's better with a Dagger.
Medical Skills- Bree is smart with plants and knows what plants are edible/medicine. She also knows how to properly place a bandage/Gauze, how to treat wounds, amd other medical treatment.
Other Skills- She is intelligent and resourceful, full of knowledge and can see through most lies.

Appearance:
Personality: Growing up with his super competitive older brother and father really shaped his personality. He is determined, hard-working and when he sets his mind to something, he achieves it. Kale is definitely a people person. He's friendly, funny, and can be extremely charming when he wants to be. He practically oozes confidence. Kale can be quite intimidating at times, especially when he is focused on something. He is also very intelligent and quick thinking. Though it's not easy to gain his full trust right away, when you do, he is a loyal and trustworthy friend.
History: Kale grew up with his parents and older brother, Landon. He had a pretty average life and the family was fairly well off by District 4 standards. Kale was taught everything he knows by his father and brother. The family was very close and though his mother constantly complained about living with the three boys and all of their testosterone, she loved her husband and sons very much.
Things took a turn for the worst during his mother's third pregnancy. She caught the flu a month before the baby was due and never fully recovered. The baby was the little girl that Kale's mother had been hoping for, but she was born premature and very sickly. His mother didn't last long and died two days after Lily's birth. Kale's mother's death hit the family hard. His father was never the same after that. Lily became his only concern; he felt she was the only part of his wife that was left behind. In turn, he completely neglected his sons. Landon and Kale both cared for their little sister very much and would do anything for her, but it felt like they had lost not only their mother, but their father as well.
Skills: He's a great swimmer obviously. Also a fast runner, skilled with tridents, nets, spears and swords.

Personality: Personality: Finch is a quiet girl who seems to mostly keep to herself. On the outside she looks like a very soft-spoken girl with her mind in the clouds, but on the inside she is over-analyzing the situation. She's thinking of what to say and how to say it, and at the same time she's reading the tone and body language of those around her. This often leads to overthinking things and reading into things that shouldn't be read into. This girl has her ambitions in her head- she knows what she wants, and she plans out how she gets it. When socializing, Finch can be either very kind and polite, or harsh and bitter, depending on how she wants to use you as an asset to reach her goal. Underneath her determination and strategy, though, she has few people that she really cares for and trusts, and she would do anything to protect them. It takes quite a long time to gain Finch's trust, but when you do, it's there for a long time. But, just to confuse people, Finch sometimes acts like a stuck-up snob.
History: Nothing too exciting. She lived with her parents, who were fashion designers, and was an only child. They payed people to train her since she was 6.

Personality: Blithe is very kind and cares for others almost too much. She may in fact may have more trouble killing then surviving. Her father tried to keep her in a sheltered life, but walking around her district she soon learned of the lies that her father had told her. She soon became the girl who provided money to those most in need. She had many times given her birthday money or her Christmas gifts to those in need. When it began to become cold she would rip holes in her blankets to convince her father to let her throw them out. She would then take them to families to give them warmth. Many people called her an angel for the good she tried to do.
History: Blithe grew up on the wealthier side of her district. In fact she is the mayor's daughter. That however didn't stop her from being one of the most caring people in her district. Blithe is considered the most beautiful girl in her district. She always argues this because she feels that her best friend Laura is the most beautiful because of her strength inside. In fact it was Laura who she volunteered for.
Skills: Blithe has trained secretly with a her brothers since she was very small. She found that she was very good at throwing weapons. She has near perfect aim. Her favorite weapon is the small, but lethal senbon needles. http://media.giantbomb.com/uploads/9/...
Other: Blithe's mother died giving birth to Blithe. Though her family doesn't actually blame Blithe there is still a tension in the air whenever the subject is brought up around her brothers.

Personality: That's the biggest question everyone wants to know, am I right? Weather the dude here across the room with the different hair is crazed or just shy. Neil is a little inbetween. He's not nice, but he's not mean either. Sure he gives a welcoming hug, and a nice smile. But if your a douche, and your wanting to start a little thing with him. He won't hesitate to take and give a punch. Though he likes to play with his toy before destroying it.
History: Neil, he was once so innocent. So sweet, and oh so happy. He was soft, nice, generous. The kids then liked him, after a couple years he found Nemphaea. He can still remember her light red hair; it almost looked brown. Curly, but remained in one spot. He remembers every night those daring green eyes, and that smile. Oh god, that smile.
In accidents like these, your supposed to explain everything. But there is nothing to explain. She's dead. And this is where your supposed to say sorry, and Neil waves it off. But later he cries himself to sleep at the thought of her.
Skills: Obviously, Neil is fit. But not built. He's got common sense sometimes and stays with the great big traps and the only other weapon is throwing weapons. Learned from cutting wires in the Power House.

Wrong. The charms represent a person. They look random and that they might mean something, but the charm represents that persons personality. The person that she killed... Lets just say, Carma has.. Um.. Issues.
Appearance:
Personality: She's sweet, caring, charming, and quiet. On the outside. The inside: Shes a killer. Murderer. She is very violent and throws random fits of rage. If you push her, she will hurt you, and you'll be too afraid of her to tell anyone. She is intimidating and is more of a leader than a follower, probably because if she was stuck at the back of the line following, she would either threaten her way up, or just kill everyone. Dont mess with this chick, and dont get on her bad side. But, she hides it with her happy mask pretty well, so you never suspect a thing... Until the arena.
History: Carma was born in the rich side of 2. Well, richer than others in 2. She has a happy life, gets anything she wants, and has a loving family that gives her food and shelter. Nothing would seem wrong about this picture, right? Wrong. She was abused from the age of 2 until 6, when she killed her dad. Her mother tried to cover it up and said he ran off with some other woman, so she got remarried. Charm #1. At the age of 8, she was waiting outside of school, when some girl bumped her. No, no, no. You dont just bump Carma and get away with it. So, she told her she wanted to play after school. She led her to the woods and killed her. Charm #2. After the 4th kill her mother had witnessed, (#6) she enrolled her in the most elite school to train for the Games. The teachers noticed her strengths and unusually natural gift of killing, and spent one on one time with her. She trained for 5 years, accumulating more charms, and then volunteered. Before she left, she killed her step father with a hidden blade as she hugged him. Leaving the room, she pulled out the charm that resembled him, a bottle of alcohol, and put it on, a smile wide across her face.
Skills: Swords, knives, really most pointy, shiny, and sharp objects (Not ALL, most. I stress that she doesnt know them ALL), medicine, basic and more advanced survival skills. She is an extremely fast runner and has amazing stamina. Her small size allows her to climb trees. Can swim. SHES NOT GOOD AT EVERYTHING, I PROMISE! Shes not like Blood...
Other: She never volunteered until this year, when she replaced a child that had a disorder. Supposedly. She looked scared and played the role of innocent and helpless. Shes an expert liar as well(Dont know if this should go in skills...).

He has dark, short hair. He's fairly tall (6'1"). He has well defined facial features, making him appear older than he really is. He's well muscled but in a leaner weight, and his running endurance is impressive. He has large feet and hands, despite his height. His eyes are a greenish blue color, and timeless in appearance.
Personality: (Must be at least 6 sentences) In general, despite coming from district 2, he's a nice guy. He isn't exactly a sensitive person and has been hardened from the competitive life of district 2. He's a charmer, though, and generally gives off a pleasant aura. He's quite intelligent, unlike many of his peers, and interacting with someone who appears senseless can tick him off. He's affectionate to his friends but can be ruthless to his enemies, though his fights rarely become physical. However, he has a dark side that is rarely revealed but can be deadly.
History: (Optional) Will add.
Skills: (Must be associated reasonably with their district or history) His real talent is throwing knives but being from district 2, he has been trained in all weapons. He's able to hit just about anything with knives, and because of his larger hands, he can let fly four or five and the same time. He's also been trained consistently in the spear and has quite a strong stroke but much less accurate than his throwing abilities. His final weapon of much experience is the sword. He has a standard district 2 training in the weapon but nothing above that, so he's still an excellent swordsman. Since he's intelligent, he's able to find edible plants within the forest. He's not all that great at camouflage though. He's an extraordinarily talented runner and is able to run (quite fast) with a full pack for very long distances. Being from a career district, he's interacted with any weapon imaginable, but the only other weapon he shows any innate talent with is the scythe. (Fairly limited ability though.)

Personality:
Nellie is very bright, charming, and optimistic. She is always happy and smiling. She is short-tempered, yet sweet. She is very social and people tend to like her. She has a prejudiced hatred to careers, but tries not to pick fights. She tries to conceal her fear of the hunger games, because she doesn't want anybody to think of her as weak.
History:
Nellie grew up like most girls do in district 4. Both of her parents are fisherman, along with her 24 year old brother, Luke. She spends most of her time helping her family with chores and fishing. She never had time to train. When she was 12, she sliced her hand using a spear. This leaves her with bold scar that runs from the bottom of her index finger to her wrist.
Skills:
Pretty handy with a spear, but not perfect. Is a quick runner and is very good at hiding.

Personality: When you first meet Emmy, she is really quiet and introverted. If you start getting to know her and really become her friend, you see that she is really energetic and likes to have fun. She doesnt think before she speaks, and usually regrets it later. If she is in a nice setting with some people she knows, she acts like her normal self, even around people she doesnt know. She loves to laugh and she likes making jokes, even if they arent very good...
History: Emmy grew up with a brother and two sisters. She lived in the lover side of District 7, ((By the way, I usually look at this map. I feel its the most accurate. (view spoiler) closer to the Capitol. Her family owns a successful lumber company and her and her siblings work for it. She used to have an older brother that had been picked for a reaping, but killed himself with a pill that contained nightlock, causing there to be another male reaping. She was bullied, so she didnt really hang out with many people other than her extremely close circle of friends. She only goes to the school 1 or 2 times a week because she is in the forest cutting down trees.
)) Skills: Of course, being in the lumber district, she is excellent with axes. She also is alright with a knife, knowing how to get sap out of some trees, and plays a game by throwing a knife at the tree to get a hole for the sap. She climbed trees to get away from bullies, so she is very good at that as well.
Other: When she was called at the reaping, the boys who bullied her kept saying, "Nightlock? Nightlock got picked?" and then silently laughed about it, making motions about swallowing a pill towards her as she walked up to the stage.

Dante has thick, dark hair, which is somewhat curled at the ends. His face is narrow and rough. His eyes are round and are deep yet bright blue. He has a long nose, with thick and sleek eyebrows. He stands at 6'2, and is actually very strong and it really shows. His legs are long, making him a fast runner, and broad shoulders.
Personality:
He's terrifying. And it shows. A truly evil boy, it seems he would originate from District 2. He's not. He was abused all his life. He believes everybody should suffer a terrible death, and that the world is just another torturous gateway into HeII. Sadistic and cruel, Dante believes in no purpose in life and that Heaven is just some hope that the "weak" people hold onto in this painful reality. He likes to see blood and hear the screams of agony from his victims, and loves causing excruciating pain. He's solitary and refuses to trust anybody. He truly is evil and wishes pain onto others, and doesn't care what happens to him. Emotionless, Dante is numb inside. When he says to back off, you'd be sorry if you didn't. He's not afraid to slap you across the face or even drive a knife down your back right then and there if you really tick him off. That's really how insane he can get, maybe a little more so. ((Sorry it's so short D:))

Dante doesn't have a District token. He hates thinking about his family and his District, so why should he bother?
History:
From the moment he was born, Dante was abused. At age 1, it wasn't all that bad. He never had any fun times, no toys. He was slapped when he cried. At age 2, he could walk and that's when he began his training. It was harsh, for a 2-year-old. At age 5, he was taught many ways to kill with each weapon. His mother punished him whenever he complained or did something wrong by slapping him with a steel bar. This gave him his cockiness and made him a ruthless killer with no emotion and a lust for death.
Skills:
Battle Skills- He is vicious and knows 20 ways to kill somebody. With each weapon. But he especially perfers the axe, spear, and heavy swords. He is also very strong.
Medical Skills- Not very much.
Other Skills- He is smart, but vicious and cruel. Plenty of people fear him.

Personality: Devon was raised by her aunt who owned a modeling business. She was raised to be cocky, brave, and sneaky. She's a wild child who loves to party. She's see's the glass half full, and is very loyal. Never leaving a man (or women) behind. She believes there is more to life then just money and work.
History: As she was raised in a modeling business, she learned the ropes about how to plan strategies and angles. SHe became a top model in district 3. She's never had a boyfriend for that all of them are either snobby or too quiet and shy. Her parents died in a car crash when she was two and she had no sibilings. She was the popular girl all the time, the life of a party. SHe learned about computers early in her life since her aunt's boyfriend is in a technology facility. She know everything about electronics. When she was seven, she discovered her talents for daggers. SHe could throw much as she wanted, all hitting the target. Everyone in her family has a natural talent, her father was amzazing blacksmith, her mother was great at swimming. Devon's natural talent is to kill. She'd always hunt for her aunt, using the pelt for fashion products.
Skills: Her skill...to kill. She feels to regret or pain when she assasinates anything. She finds the smell of blood normal like fresh air. SHe can kill anything or anyone, all in one shot.

Personality:
Leo is very quiet and doesn't talk alot. He has a care-free personality. He is very restless around people. He isn't an exteremley violent person, so he just glares at you with his peircing blue eyes if you make him angry. He is very smart, but you wouldn't expect it because of bad-boy aura. Leo is somewhat mysterious. He isn't very confident about the games, and has come to accept the fact that he probably won't win. His facial expression usually looks bored, but that is because he is most likley in deep thought.
History:
Leo grew up in the more poor side of district 9. He works in a wheat feild. There wasn't enough ploughs, so Leo has had to cut down wheat using a knife, which has left him with very strong arms. He has 4 siblings. 2 older siblings, Luster and Carolina, who are 19 and 17. He has 2 younger brothers, Jack and Norton, who are 13 and 11. Being the middle child, Leo always felt neglected. His parents where always trying to get him to live up to the expectations of his older siblings, who were both very smart. His parents also baby his younger siblings. When he was reaped, Luster tried to volenteer, but he wasn't allowed because he had turned 19.
Skills:
Has great upper-body stregnth, and is handy with a knife. He can climb trees fairly well because of his stregnth.

History: She has no siblings and her parents committed suicide when she was 3. She grew up with her godparents who were very kind to her. She worked at the greenhouses, growing plants.
Skills: Very strong, signature move is snapping tribute's necks. Quiet and doesn't make a sound through the bush.

Personality: Ryder is a serious girl who doesn't like to play around. She likes to get things done and over with quickly. Ryder can't stand people who joke about such serious things, like the Hunger Games or death. But once you grow close to her, she can be a bit playful and smiles a lot more. And she doesn't like being told what to do, she normally does things her way.
History: She has a younger sister, Cyelena, who is thirteen. She also has both of her parents who care deeply and try to spend as much time with their children as much as possible. Ryder's never been able to make friends. Not one. But it never mattered to her as long as she had Cyelena.
Skills: She's talented with a sword. She is swift and a bit sneaky, but not as much as the others.
Other: She's single and available to date.

Personality: Enro is a laid back guy. He likes to play around. But he's sweet and nice too. And caring. He basically gets along with everyone. And all the girls swoon over him and flirt. He normally stays away from that, mainly because he's not interested in girls throwing themselves over him and because of his family.
History: Enro's father died from suffocation. His mother stays home all day. Enro has a younger sister, Artemis, who is only four, and an older brother, Titus, who is twenty one. Titus has nothing to do with his family anymore though, he pushed himself away, so Enro is the man of the house now.
Skills: Enro is handy with a spear. He can also play with other girls hearts. Of course he doesn't enjoy it, in fact he hates it, but if it gets him home to his sister and his mother, he'll do it.
Other: He is single, but has a certain interest in a special girl.

District Token: A boy gave it to her, when she was in the room awaiting who would ever come to say goodbye and wish her luck. Only he did, the boy she spent most of the time with in the Mines. "Good luck, don't die with my token." He said before giving it to her. She remembered hearing him whisper, "I love you," as he left.
Appearance:
White blonde curly hair that end a couple inches past her shoulder get the most attention. But some like her daring dark brown eyes that will rip you right out of your place. She is as tall as most, 5'7 and weighs 115 pounds. She's about the average weight and height like most kids her age. But she's more.. Dangerous looking than everyone else.
Personality: Secretive, thats all she is. She doesn't like to talk, and when she does she likes to leave a mark. Like the one her trainer would do; but her intention isn't to leave a black eye. She's dangerous, she's rough, and she's deadly. She doesn't give mercy, and won't back down from any fights. She's the type of girl who likes the color red because it makes her remember all the games' blood that was shed.
History: Left as an orphan she never really found a home, so by the age of twelve she just joined the mining unlike other girls. She got no special treatment. She requested that she didn't. And being beaten by her trainer, watching people suffocate and crumble under rocks weren't even the slightest of bad to her. To be honest, she liked the hits to the face. She liked being in fights with guys. The adrenaline is just priceless.
Skills: She isn't a wimp, so I'd say her actions. She thinks everything out a second before doing so and is very well with her arms thanks to the coal.
