Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Just imagine you are in a bus, or train travelling to work, and suddenly then and there, right in front of your eyes - everything stops; the train halts in the mid of nowhere, faces twitched, eyes transfixed - every single thing is just still, and only you are there who can move.

What will be your first reaction? What would you do? Any imaginations?

message 2: by Cami (new)

Cami (camikittr) I would freak out, but if I really knew what was happening, I would do everything and anything I want. :)

message 3: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Like what? That's the question. Freaking out would be the initial reaction of but everyone.

message 4: by Cami (new)

Cami (camikittr) I don't really know....

message 5: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Imagine...

message 6: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments First I would like, try to see if everyone else reacted to things I did. So I would like, try to tip them over.

I'd do that too. Then, I'd do some other things knowing that. even if the world stops for half a second, tat would mean that my speed woud dramatically sky rocket. So, I'd learn alot of languages, read alot of books, and unearth some archaeological discoveries, and maybe stop some crimes.

message 8: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments I would...I think I might go people searching-looking for people I've always wanted to meet, or just people who look cool.

Nina (ninaisinsane) | 194 comments Robin wrote: "I would...I think I might go people searching-looking for people I've always wanted to meet, or just people who look cool."

That would be... awkward.

When I read your comment, my sick sick mind thought of the catching fire quote.

message 10: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments Haven't read it. I'm just a person who likes to observe people. And thanks, Nina. I love you too.

message 11: by Jocelyn (new)

Jocelyn (joc113) | 2640 comments Exactly what Khali said. I would do something I'd never be able to do otherwise.

message 12: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments Like what, though? What can't you do when the world is spinning?

message 13: by Jocelyn (new)

Jocelyn (joc113) | 2640 comments Well, you can't easily break into the White House. Not with everyone there to stop you. XD

message 14: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments But you are not aware of the time when the world gets back to normal. Won't you fear if they find you inside the White House when the world gets moving again. Think about it.

message 15: by Jocelyn (new)

Jocelyn (joc113) | 2640 comments *shrug* I wouldn't really do that. I would do something so much cooler... I KNOW!! I WOULD STEAL A BUNCH OF RUBBER DUCKS!!!!!!!!

message 16: by Nina (new)

Nina (ninaisinsane) | 194 comments Okay. Sorry. Leyla is rubbing off on me. I should stop talking to her so often.

But, I guess... I mean, you can't really travel when the world's frozen, so going to London is ruled out. It wouldn't be too fun to met a frozen Alex Day, either.

I guess... I'd trash my school? No, that sounds bad... I don't think I'd really do anything special. Maybe get revenge on my enemies.

message 17: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Where's the fun in slapping frozen enemies? :D

No, she means the one I showed you. XD

I'd try to start the train again.

message 20: by Gabby (new)

Gabby (Gabby123) | 853 comments I'd just move a lot of little things to confuse people. If I could, I'd switch up where people are sitting, turn the book they're reading 20 pages ahead, change the song they're listening to to something completely different, switch their bags around, take their hats off, switch the wrist their bracelets/watches are on.

Then I'd watch the chaos unfold when time started again.

Oh, serious? XD

message 22: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments Oh wow, that's good, Gabby, if they remember the minutes before the freeze.

That's awesome, Gabby! XD

(And yes, Robin.)

message 24: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments But why would you care about dazzling the frozen people, when you are not aware if anytime soon, everything's going to be the same again. You don't know what happened that froze the people to that instant, you don't know if its going to be normal again - nothing. What would you want to do?

message 25: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments What would you do?

message 26: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Haha. I saw that coming. I would release the devil in me, and do all sort of things (that are considered evil) while no one notices me and do it over and over again till I get tired of it, judge the wrong doing I committed and then be good again.

message 27: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments Right, but just as you said earlier ("But you are not aware of the time when the world gets back to normal. Won't you fear if they find you inside the White House when the world gets moving again. Think about it."), you have no idea when time will get back to normal. What if they catch you doing the evil things and lock you up?
And that seems like a very general idea. You know, what evil things? "Like what? That's the question."

message 28: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Haha. I like that.

Well, I will take my chances even if the fear of them catching me doing the thing lingers in space, or may be have a plan B in mind to get back to normal.

What evil things? That needs level 3 of truth. I told mine, you tell yours. Thats the game. :)

message 29: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments Well then, they must be very tempting evil things if you don't really care about getting caught.
I already told you what I'd do if the world froze. *Shrugs*

Nina (ninaisinsane) | 194 comments Robin wrote: "Well then, they must be very tempting evil things if you don't really care about getting caught.

*Cough Cough* My sick mind is still imagining evil things.... erk, I really have issues, don't I?

message 31: by Birupakhya (new)

Birupakhya Dash (b-ru) | 9 comments Nopes. Nothing wrong in imagining evil. That's how you realize them, and probably act in defense when someone else does that to you.

message 32: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) I would try and figure out what's going on by tapping on people and making observations. Then, having failed, I'd try and conduct more scientific investigations to figure out what's going on. Having failed again, I would then play a bunch of pranks on people. XD

Jessica (Goldenfurpro) (goldenfurproductions) | 4919 comments This makes me think of something...
What if the world actually did halt for a moment before but we didn't notice it because we were paused...

message 34: by Kyra (new)

Kyra (Nikara) Good question...
Except the scientists would notice. Seismographs and whatnot.

message 35: by Becky, AwesomeOne (new)

Becky (MissFooFoo) | 4249 comments Mod
I would change things and then watch what happened when time started again.

message 36: by Julia (new)

Julia | 73 comments I would take out a sharpie and draw mustaches and monocles on as many people as I can get to. And if I have time, I'll add some details, too.

MWA HA HA HA HA!!!

message 37: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments I think. Maybe. I'd write notes and stick them in people's jacket pockets/purses/etc about what I think of them. Like what I have to say about their tie choice or their haircut or their shoes.

Jessica (Goldenfurpro) (goldenfurproductions) | 4919 comments To be honest, I probably wouldn't even notice that the world has been paused.
I'll be too busy reading!

message 39: by ange (new)

ange (undercommons) I'd probably just troll around people.

message 40: by Robin (new)

Robin | 5442 comments It'd be different if I could chose a person to stay unfrozen with, I think.

message 41: by ange (new)

ange (undercommons) I agree. It'd be a lot funnier with a best friend, or more awkward freaked-out-ish if you couldn't pick and it was a stranger or something.

message 42: by Jocelyn (new)

Jocelyn (joc113) | 2640 comments If the world froze around me, god, so much could happen.

I actually would find that quite interesting until I started freaking out.

But I think I'd cause quite a bit of mischief.

message 43: by LiveLoveTumble (new)

LiveLoveTumble | 1534 comments I would freak out and THEN find it interesting...

message 44: by Jocelyn (new)

Jocelyn (joc113) | 2640 comments heh heh. I'm not exactly sure what I'd do.
