Here's a game I swipped from another group. We start out with a book title like:

The Dead Girls' Dance

The next person needs to use at least one word in that title for the next book's title. Like:

Child of a Dead God

The only rules are:
- The book titles need to be real titles
- We can't keep repeating the same word (in the example above we can't use only DEAD in the next title)
- It needs to be a paranormal book.
