October Group Read Nominations

Just as a recap:

Two discussion leaders per book

From now on the person who nominates the winning book of the month will co-lead the discussion of the book with the moderator.

This does mean a few things:

1. If you aren't really interested in reading a book, don't nominate it!
2. If you doubt that you'll have time to participate in that month's discussion, don't nominate it!

Now, don't feel all stressed...you still don't have to go it alone. Moderators will always be active leaders in book discussions, too.

Don't forget! In order for your nomination to count you must link the book.

Nominations close Thursday, August 30th.

Ha ha I know! It was just wishful thinking because I could not make up my mind between what I nominated and another book!

It could go both places, don't you think? We did that with a book a few months ago--made epic and urban.

I'd be thrilled to have it nominated in either category, and would also be delighted to help with your discussion - you know (grin) how I dislike self promo in groups - when a nomination is reader-driven it is SO MUCH MORE FUN! because an author gets that warm, delightful thrill that somebody responded because they wanted to. Spontaneity rocks! and readers choose, that's what makes my day.

FYI--it is only Kindle edition. we try to pick editions that are available in a multitude of formats for those that lack e-readers.
