If your library system is any thing like mine, it'll become available to you rather quickly. Keep us informed.

Claire Unless it is popular, it is usually about a week. The popular ones, on the other hand, take longer. Then it is not unusual to be 400th waiting for one of 100 copies. At least they have a lot of copies and it doesn't take overly long. They also have a cool "lucky day" feature. Some of the popular ones circulate normally (with a one loan period limit), and if it happens to be in when you are in the library, it is your lucky day.

Carol E. (mngiraffe) We have Lucky You (I think that's what they call it), too. You have one week to read the book. That's how I read "State of Wonder" by Ann Patchett when it was still fairly recent. I love that Lucky You shelf!

Yay! I finished my other book last night so I'm looking forward to getting started on this one. I'm going to download it right now. :-)

angela (ladyday) | 228 comments We don't have a "lucky day" at my local library system. I need to suggest it though.
