Dang, things keep taking turns here that I am not expecting!

I did love this in the very first chapter:

I dont know why I found this so humorous....lol

I'm up for sex scenes but those two are repulsive. More fighting and less sex from those two please!

I think we all knew it was coming, it just had to happen. But I have to admit, it didn't go down like I was expecting. I thought it was funny and reflecting, well in character.

West surprised me though, I was sure he was going to be getting it on with the woman traveling with them, forget her name, but Dogman completely threw me there, didn't see that coming.

Same here; and based on his reactions, I think West didn't see that coming either... (I think her name was Cathill or something like that?)

On Ferro and Logen i think those sex scenes were ok. At least they were realistic (yes slightly repulsive too especially since everyone else could hear them at one point, but somehow i think that this wouldn't be abnormal in a medieval setting, especially if you're talking to people who lived their lives outside the city).

I liked how it ended, where they both obviously wanted more, but neither was capable of saying so....how often that happens!

I can't believe that I am looking forward to seeing how that relationship develops, I usually find the blossoming romance side of stories a little dull and one dimensional. Not this one though.

The other character I think will cause surprise in the next book is the apprentice, he is getting stranger by the chapter, it is almost like he is being taken over by someone else.
