Its because the main character is originally from the Nightshade Pack. The packs are named after their Keeper.

i thought it was because... the Nightshade pack was the main pack... so it was named after them

Isn't the main characters name Calla Nightshade? Like the above says, she comes from that pack, so i think that's why.

the Keeper that's like the so called lead 'Keeper' her last Name is NightShade and...cant reamber what Clara's last name is though although i dont think it's NightShade.
