Now I've caught up to date .... time to concentrate on yellow, red and indigo! (Orange is for the October Toppler week.)

Looks like you could see if Janice would accept this cover for yellow, since it takes place on an island (Corfu)

Another cover can be used other than the one you read. Poor Janice has been overwhelmed and thrown in the towel on the question of covers. Just offer her some treats (blueberry anything) and she'll be more amenable. (don't tell her I told you)
You might be over halfway to a rainbow!

I would accept any of those. The cover shown in jaxnsmom's message for El oro del rey looks peach to me, but there are other editions that are more orange so it's okay too.

I read the book with the cover

but I can claim alternate cover:

Or do I have to stay with the cover of the actual book I read?

Using an alternate cover

"If you started an orange book during the October Toppler for one of the Toppler requirements but didn't finish it by the end of the Toppler, you may still count it towards your "A" task. "
I'm just over halfway on

and it's nice that I can count it for Orange even if I don't finish reading it by midnight tonight. :)
