Very entertaining article, while pointing to some very important philosophical issues surrounding neuroscience.

Fantastic. I'm interested in works that expose this sort of "neurorealism." great find, Todd.
Hilarious and much-needed statement on yet another popularization of the enterprise of science. Despite the fun Poole makes of these authors, at least they're promoting good science as opposed to those who are twisting science for their own anti-science ends such as the intelligent design writers. It's one thing to be a popularizer, another to be an Orwellian.
