I was sad when Elene died. However Jennie was pregnant. When she was with Dorian she was expecting one child. She now has two and Elene's child was not in her when she was Vi noticed. Then she looked at Jennie and realized that the twins were both Logan's and Kylar's. Dorian probably transferred Elene's child into Jennie so it wouldn't die. If there ever is a long way down the road maybe they all will realize the difference that Vi has already knows.
I was under the impression he was planning on making a continuation but is currently working on Lightbringer Trilogy.
I was rereading the books and one of the Drisa Niles made an offhand comment to Kylar during a rigged contest in Way of the Shadows that a mage once saved a child by transferring it to another woman. SO you know Weeks has probably planned everything out since the beginning.
As for the Big bad. The Wolf said High King will rule a time of peace for a few years and the strangers will be back in 20. Everyone has been commenting about The second coming of Jorsen that will be trained by the High King (Logan) many claim its one of the boys. The Other boy will probably be avatar of the next big bad.

Yeah, Kylar training up the children would be interesting, Weeks would probably have to expand his world as well to bring another big bad in. Hope he does it soon. Really enjoyed that series.

Irritating. Elene was one of my favourite characters, I wanted Vi to die because she was one of the biggest c*ck blockers in worlds history.
I see some people hating Vi's character but i loved her in the story, i think she gave a kind of flavor to the story that made it more interesting, well at least to me, the story would have been quit empty without her , anyways loved the whole series, personally i could have done with more books, i feel like there's so many things people still want to see like the fate of Trudana Jadwin, and the story of Uly somethings like that.
