Siobhan (siobhanann) All Hallow’s Read is a Hallowe’en tradition. It’s simply that in the week of Hallowe’en, or on the night itself, you give someone a scary book.

Scholars have traced its origins as far back as this blog post: http://journal.neilgaiman.com/2010/10...

Julia (juliastrimer) I just found this and now I want our library to get involved for 2013! Thanks, Siobhan--and like Amara says, leave it to Gaiman :-)

Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* (erinpaperbackstash) I love this idea too - and of course the nifty artwork every year about it

I found that they removed the date of 2012 from the official poster (that I love, cute style) so it can be reused every year

The annoying thing is it can only be saved as a pdf file - I'm sure I can do screenshots, but wish they had it savable as a straight image for sharing
