Amazon Kindle & Fire discussion

Hi all, I just started looking into goodreads and am wondering if it can sync with the books currently residing in my Kindle Fire library. I download books to the device and then push them to the cloud once i've ready them. I'm wondering how to max out goodreads' possibilities, while keeping track of books i've read as well. Thanks!

I have the fire but grabbed the nexus 7... iPad we can download any book in any format same w the nexus.
I prefer amazon over nook now HUGEly & played w the nexus (under the tree lol it's mine cause my 10yr old uses the fire and I decided now we don't have to share lol ) noticed that the app works great. The kindle app and nook app and you can download epubs off other websites using aldiko or FBreader.. No having to ""break out" thank God.
