Ok, not to take the spotlight off Maria's upcoming books (you already know I'm triple-excited about her stuff), but there's also a book I'm looking forward to this year, the prequel to a little book called The Shadow of the Wind. II'll actually be re-reading this soon, since I got my special signed hardcover illustrated edition (no, not the super-special hand-lettered one, alas). 'm also getting ready for the release of The Angel's Game (aforementioned prequel), coming out in English sometime mid-June.

For you lucky Spanish-readers out there, you can already read those and all of his junior novels en Espanol!

Lucky me, Spanish is my first language. I started reading this book but had to put it aside because I have a test on Wednesday and need to study. Maybe I'll just take a little peek at the next chapter...
