Erika (gecka8282) | 16 comments Week 7 question:
INCLUDE THE BOOK TITLE AND AUTHOR
Rewrite the ending to your book. You can summarize but make sure it is at least 6 sentences long.

message 2: by Becca (new)

Becca (rewashed) | 21 comments Vanessa and Tony still end up together but Conner lives instead of committing suicide. The book would flash ahead a few years to show that Tony and Vanessa are getting married and Conner would be a part of said wedding with his girlfriend. The characters would all sit together at the wedding reception and discuss the events that led them to each other. They would all agree that they were stronger people because of their institutionalization. The book would end with all of them laughing and looking forward to the future. Everyone would basically end up happy and well, mentally and physically.

Kenesha (niecey) | 27 comments Cameron ends up going back to California to be closer to his brothers and sisters after, just in case something were to go wrong. He and Jenna have finally found a way to face their past together and to move on with their lives. Jenna, tired of hiding her past, finally spoke up to her mother and they drew closer in the process. Jenna broke up with her boyfriend Ethan, a good thing if you ask me, and she went off to college majoring in teaching. Cameron and Jenna continued to keep in touch after their separation, though not so close as before. Things went back to normal, and Jenna, finally let Jennifer come back to the surface.

Bella had just gone through an accident and is in the hospital. Bella begins to wake up and sees Edward standing next to her. Bella wants to see Charlie, her father and she wants to let him know that she's alright. Edward lets the other know that Bella fell down some stairs but tells Bella the truth about what really happened. Then Bella realizes that she likes Edward and then the book ends and you can get a glimpse of the next book.

The ending of my book is just like a regular love story. I really wanted Bella to die and then be revived later on in the story as a monster. Also for Edward to lose his vampire powers due to the fact that he gives up his powers for his true love Bella. That way when Bella comes back from the dead, Edward can experience how Bella felt when she was mortal and in love with her monster.

Mireya Garcia-Belman :] | 11 comments I'm not completely done with my book, but I'm going to say that Tally ends up staying with Shay at the Smoke with David and Tally doesn't become pretty. But to change the ending, this is how I would put it; Tally, Shay and David, end up going back to Pretty Town and they all decide that it is for the best for them to get the surgery and become pretty like everyone else. And they all live normal life's that they enjoy :]

Shane would come over to his brother Tariqs house and wouldn't sleep with his wife. Then Tariq wouldnt catch them and run away. Which made him get hit by a car. His brother was chasing him and and saw him i wouldn't have that happen. I would have ended it with Shane just talking to Tariq's wife not sleeping with her. Then Shane would not have went crazy and kill himself.

Tanisha Williams | 25 comments Its not really an ending it ends with wonderful quotes that you can use through out ilfe. Not really able to switch the ending.

Book: Stiff
Author: Mary Roach
You can't change the ending of this book. It's not even really a story but just a collection of all the research that she did involving what happens to our bodies after we die. But if you reeeally want me to change it. Ok, so when we die, the government takes the remains and throws it in a big rotating cylinder that resembles a clothes dryer. After the a body has been tenderized for a good day, they toss the floppy mush corpse in a big grinder and sell it as Spam. Yeah really. SPAM! Are you happy now?

I haven't completed my book yet, but if i were to make up an ending, i would have to say that in the end, Alex comes up to the bad guy, defeats him, and takes away from him what hes using to make everyones lives a living hell.

message 10: by Erika (new)

Erika (gecka8282) | 16 comments Phillip: LOL! :) That is EXACTLY what I wanted and yes, you made me happy. I know sometimes it is hard to make your book fit the guiding question so if you can't, use your imagination, guys! Great job.

Shannon | 16 comments I havent gotten to the end of the book yet, but if i were to think of an ending i would say that the main character leaves savanna with a weird impression.

Author: Cyn Balog
Well, after Morgan fought with Dawn, and Dawn threatened to kill Pip, Morgan gave up. Cameron told her that he will go to "Otherworld" and Morgan blacked out at her Sweet 16. In the morning, when she woke up she had forgotten all about Cameron (which is the main reason Pip came into the story, so he could be the replacement). She saw a little present next to her lamp and when she saw that it was from Cameron, all memories of him came rushing back to her. She smiled and put on the necklace that was from him and went to go say Hi to her "boyfriend" Pip. She showed him the necklace from Cameron and since Pip didn't remember anybody named Cameron, he just though that Morgan had a crazy imagination.

i havent finished reading the end of the book yet, but so far i think big daddy and big mama are going to have to deal with one of their kids going through something dramatic cause they seem worried, but i would have everyone throw a huge party and be happy and not worry about big daddys sickness

What if im not finished with my book? Whats going on right now is that Mackenzie has finally been able to let go of the past and is moving on.

message 15: by Andreana (new)

Andreana | 16 comments Criminal Minded By: Tracy Brown. If I were to change the ending of my book then I would make it where they main character and his true love end up together. Lamin will get out of the "game" safely and the past will be past. He would have asked Lucky to marry him and they would have had a happy marriage. They will grow old together have kids and he would have been an inspiration to his partner in the game Zion. And that would make Zion know that he can to have life outside of the game and he will quit it too.

Alfredo Dominguez | 20 comments I should be dead by now: Dennis Rodman
I haven't finish reading the end of my book, The book Im reading is an autobiography about Dennis Rodman but i can tell that Dennis Rodman life is going down hill because all he does is waste his money in drugs and girls therefore i can tell that at the end of the book he would be alone and left with no money.

Honestly, I liked the ending, it left off for another book which makes more sense then how it is left off now.

message 18: by Christina (new)

Christina | 7 comments The Corner of the Universe by Ann M. Martin.
I would have the ending of the corner of the universe be where Hattie becomes friends and grows to love her uncle Adam. Because of the fact that she never knew he existed and it would make it a happy ending where it would make the reader feel Hattie has accomplished a sense of sympathy for him.

message 19: by Isaac (new)

Isaac Hernandez (acdcrocks9) | 15 comments I would have the nuclear bomb not go off and maybe find a different way to settle things then blowing up a whole city just to bring about change in a world of corruption and villainy .

Eliana Lechuga | 20 comments My Lobotomy by Howard Dully
In the end of the book he realizes that he doesn't have to live in the past. What didn't kill him (the lobotomy) only made him stronger. I liked the inspirational tone in which it left me at. But I couldn't imagine myself not hating my parents for what they made me suffer through, and he doesn't hate them.

Steve is still alive after he found an antidote and help Claire find her brother in the facility. Chris killed Alexia with a rocket launcher instead of using a regular gun. Chris found Steve and Claire as they heard the alarm system. The facility is going to be blown up in under three minutes. Chris, Claire, and Steve got on to a jet and take off before the building exploded.

Anthony Jaques | 25 comments Catcher in the Rye by J D Salinger

If I were to rewrite the ending of this book I might go into more detail. It ends with him sitting in the rain watching his sister on the carousel. If I had to change it I would go into detail about his mental breakdown that was only referenced at the beginning of the novel. He might come to terms with adulthood and start a better life. However, I felt that this book was a masterpiece and should not be changed. It was perfect like it was.

message 25: by Tenzin Dickyi (new)

Tenzin Dickyi | 23 comments Marked by P.C. Cast

If I had to change the ending of the book, I would have given out more information about how Zoey the main character would have taken over the Dark Daughteres. And mainly how she could deal with the loss of her good friends from her old school and also the backing from her parents, of her to go to the House Of Night. The book ends with the defeat of the ghosts that Aphrodite brought back, and with that part I would have kept that part the same with the ending.

Rewrite the ending to your book. You can summarize but make sure it is at least 6 sentences long.

They still stay in contact. this book is a series and that is how the book ends.

My book is a part of a series so I wouldn't be able to change anything because it would no longer make sense.

message 30: by Patrick, Cueva (new)

Patrick, Cueva | 18 comments I didn't really get a chance to complete the book but what I would have changed is the amount of conversation in the book. Half of the book is talking about how the UNSC go about changing the outcome of the war between the covenant , by cutting corners on the Spartan Program. The other half is action and excitement, soldiers risking there lives, like in Halo First Strike where it was a lengthy process just to get to the flight deck of a covenant battle ship. I would have included a bit more action in the beginning of the middle of the book where there is a major turning point in the storyline. But, I just read the first half of the book, so there is more that I have yet to read.

connor bond | 22 comments If I were to change the ending of "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky, I would have had everyone in the book live happily ever after. I hate books that end on sour notes. I would prefer to have a lame ending but have it be on a nice and happy note where the main character is happy and healthy. Other than this simple thing I wouldn't change anything because the book was written very well. Not to mention that im not an author or a reader so I am not familiar with many book endings.
