Happily Ever After Cafe discussion

Over in a Flash ~ Cover Hunt & Theme Challenge ~

Duration: November 1st through November 30th.

Rules: Read 2 books with the following items found on their covers; choose 2 of the 3 options below. Be sure to post your book covers, dates read, and star ratings. If you want, you can do this at the end of the month after you reviewed your covers. Feel free to do all three if you want.

Member Choosing: Melissa (yes, the other Melissa) from South West City, MO (U.S.A.) has been a GoodReads member since August 2010, and a participant of Happily Ever After Café since May 16, 2012. While she reads all kinds of books, she does love her romance ones!

HOLIDAY: (1) Thanksgiving - read a book about Thanksgiving or a gathering of friends and family, or a book about someone who discovers something to be thankful for they didn't expect to find. (2) It is Summer 'Down Under' - so, to celebrate with the hemisphere, pick something to go with the Summer Holidays. (3) Veterans Day - read a book with some type of a member of the Armed Services in it. (4) Election Day - a book involving the political arena, or someone in politics. (5) Day of the Dead - read a book that involves a ghost or haunted place.

these are some of my older TBR books so I'm glad I can get to them! The Sandra Hill book I have is really red but it shows up kinda orangish here for some reason.

There were some really cute/funny parts to this book but taken all together just got to cute and just became annoying to me. Maybe I was just in the wrong mood to read it.
