Conrad went through a difficult time but he always loved her ever since they were both little

I think Belly belongs with Conrad. Jeremiah started noticing Belly because he saw Conrad showing interest. Jeremiah has tried to compete with Conrad his whole life for their father's attention, and Belly was another one of these conquests, however he ended up falling for her. If Belly really loved Jeremiah, she wouldn't have had her head turned by Conrad again and again. Belly was always going to end up with Conrad, and Jeremiah was just her exploring before settling down. In the end, I think Conrad and Belly are best for each other in the way that they are very similar to each other in how they deal with problems and how they didn't really know what they wanted until they really found each other and really got to understand one another.

She belongs with jere he has always been there for her and she has been to busy chasing Conrad too see that.

Jeremiah they were literally made for each other.
I feel bad for him because all this time he loved belly but she was to busy stalking Conrad to notice.
