Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments Has there ever been a time when you really wanted to do a challenge but couldn't find books that will fit into the guidelines? And then you have to drop out of the challenge? Well then this new folder is for you!

You create your own discussion. For example mine would look like this: Jacquelyn's Challenge Help!" Here you can post what challenge you need help with (make sure to post the guidelines as well
!) and then people can comment and help you find books that will work so that you can participate in that challenge!

I don't know if you've checked there already, but that's all of the books that Goodreads has categorized as set in Oregon. Otherwise, maybe try to find a book about road tripping that has a stop in Oregon?

You know, this one is really good, even if it's juvenile/ya: Rules The synopsis will let you know what you're working with disability wise

But I also found one about a girl learning to walk again after losing a leg: The Running Dream

message 46: by Mandiann (new)

Mandiann (goodreadscommandiann) | 6882 comments I always thought the forest of hands and teeth was set in what was once the US. The description of the area sounds like the US, especially in books 2 and 3.

message 49: by Kathy (new)

Kathy | 7669 comments I was thinking of another idea for the Themed Rreading Challenges. The Game of Life!

But I don't have a game and it's been a really really long time since I played it, so I wouldn't know where to begin a suggestion on an outline for it.

But I think that would be a cool challenge! :D

message 50: by Jacquelyn, thebrunettebooknerd (new)

Jacquelyn (jacquelynreads) | 18790 comments I feel like Gisbelle made a challenge for that game but it never came through or something...

And I have an idea! I am working on it now!
