Okay, rules/mechanics of our exchange gift:
1. This Kris Kringle is for our Christmas party, which will be on December 15, 2012 (click the link for more details). Everyone who's going to the party will be able to take part of the Kris Kringle.
Can I go to the party without joining the Kris Kringle?
- Yes, pwede naman. Pero sayang naman. So sali ka na! :D
2. Please make sure you will be present at the Christmas party if you're joining the Kris Kringle. So if you're not completely sure of your attendance, please don't sign up for the exchange gift yet.
3. But what if something comes up and I suddenly can't go, even if I have already said yes and confirmed with the Kris Kringle? If that's the case, though, we'd like you to find a way to send the gift to whoever is going to the party. And we'll make sure your gift will be sent/given to you too (preferably on a the next face to face meet-up :D)
4. If you're joining the Kris Kringle, then post your wish list below! Your book wish list should contain the top 5-7 books you want to receive that cost from Php300-Php500, and are available in local bookstores. Please don't make it hard for your mommy/daddy to look for your book! :)
If the book you really, really want is not here, you can put a note that it can be ordered via Book Depository or somewhere. Bigay ka na lang ng guarantee sa baby nyo na inorder nyo na yun at parating na. :) Gawan ng paraan ang pagkuha ng shipping address. :)
5. Once your wish list is posted, please refrain on buying the book for yourself if you suddenly see it somewhere. Kasi what if your mommy/daddy already bought the book before you? So, let's do our mommies/daddies a favor and restrain from doing book shopping for the books that we have listed. :) Pwedeng magparinig sa thread to your mommy and daddy if you found a copy of the book you want para sila bumili though. :D
6. Finally, if you're shopping for gifts for everyone else who is not your baby, please refrain from getting any of the books on the lists here parang di mag-doble yung makuha. Of course, you can always connive with the mommy/daddy (kung malaman nyo) para hindi kayo magkapareho ng gift. :)
If you're game, then please sign up in this thread until November 19, 2012 (that's two days after our F2F11 -- for the sake of the newbies who we will meet for the first time), and post your wish list, too. You'll get to know your babies by November 20. :) We'll have a running list of people who will participate in the next post.
To everyone who's joining, please post your wish list in this thread by November 30. Just so your mommies/daddies will have time to look for your gift. :)
