How to Add a General Status Update

On your "Recent Updates" page, it is right under "Currently Reading," to the lower right.



If you wanted to add a picture, it will take some html.

Home Page>Find Currently Reading at the left hand side of the screen>look at the last book listed there>Find Status Update.

The status you post will only show on your profile, not in the home page.

The problem I am encountering is that after I post a general update, I can't find it anywhere. It never shows up on my profile page. I know they get posted, since I get responses, but I can't find them myself. :-(

That's thanks to new homepage and improvements GR is making.
I know there was a way to find all your status updates, but I can't find remember where it was...
Only one that comes to mind is going through your comments, but if you are chatty, it will get lost :)

*phew* good way to hide it GR! I had to find a book I made status update (not that often), then few more clicks to find a right link with all status updates.

Anyway, this link works for everyone. You just need to change last part to your profile

I'm not quite sure what you are asking...

You want to find your status updates too?
If so, click on the link above and than change last part (numbers & name, in this case 267182-gertie) with your user numbers and name (in your case 4220378-tonya-kappes).
