Do you read this before Half Blood, or doesn't it matter, where you read it?

I asked the same question about this one and the answers I got said that it really didn't matter. Hope this helps =)

Oh and I'd love to hear what you think about these! I've seen mixed reviews.

Daimon has no placement. However it does take place before Half-blood. It just tell you what all happens with Alex & her mom. I would read it first but thats my opion. But yes when it come time for Elixer that is a must read!!! it picks up right at the end of Deity and is a bridge to Apollyon which don't come out until April.

daimon? this another series or is it related to the first series?

you don't have to read it first, like Natalee said, it takes place before Half-blood. However, I would suggest you read it before half-blood, because it gives you more insite on Alex, and it gives a lot more depth to her character.

I agree w/ everyone else.. It helps to read this before Half-Blood! :) love LOVE this series. <3

I wish that I had read Daimen before Half-Bloood, only because when I went back to read it I found the story boring because I already knew how it was going to turn out. It's definately not necessary to read Daimen first, but i wish I would have.

I read this first, and thought it was pretty good, and then the first and I hated it so much. This book makes you want the first one.

Read it first, it helps and it's really good

read it first. it helps make sense of a lot of things. i started half-blood first and was like 'this seems to be missing something, too many weird flashbacks.' so i went back to check and voila! lol read it first definitely

I read Daimon first and I'm glad I did. However, you really don't have to. It's really good.
