So, Sean, How long have you been using Twitter?
And I agree with you, it is fun to see who is following your work. I really like the new Goodreads' Fan Button.

"It's a great way to keep track of those who have work you've got interest in."
I didn't look at Fan button in that way, Sean. But I see your point, and agree :)
Dee, I find the best time for me to tweet, is in the morning. Do you have a time preference?
Vanessa
Hey Vanessa...I am an AM Tweeter. I am on the "Right Coast" (NY)... so sometimes my early morning tweeting is the Left Coast's Late Night Tweets.
I also try to jump on Twitter in the late afternoons.

I don't know if that's a natural thing, or if I turned people off somehow lol.
Too funny Sean. Yeah, there is a lot of Twitter following and un-following that goes on. That seems like a normal Twitter thing.
Generally, I have found that if you follow someone, they follow you. Also, Twitters are fickle.
Some Twitters are sneaky. They add you until you add them then they un-follow you…which gives them more followers. I personally don't like collectors or collecting.
I really do read all the tweets from everyone I follow or who follows me :]
As to the Goodreads fans function. I have found that Goodreads members are loyal to the authors that they add as fans. Which is a very humbling feeling...to know that someone cares enough about your novel(s) to add your name to their fan list :]

The Become A Fan button.
This is a great way to show your support of your favorite authors.
And for your fans to show their support of you!
Just click on your favorite Goodreads author's profile and above the Become A Friend button, is the new Become a Fan button...
How much fun is that :]
