Jonetta (ejaygirl) What are the books you loved, hated or were just okay? Post any authors and titles you'd recommend based on your reading experiences. If you've created any reviews of specific titles, provide the link or write your review/comments here, whichever works for you.

Kris (My Novelesque Life) (mynovelesquelife) I love Jane Austen...and two of my favourite novels of hers are Emma by Jane Austen and Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen . Emma is a romantic comedy of errors and always puts me in a good mood when I read it. Sense and Sensibility is about two sisters who have lost their father and left with no money to speak of. They must find suitors that can take care of them and their mother and younger sister.

Kris (My Novelesque Life) (mynovelesquelife) My all time favourite novel is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee and I would recommend this to anyone and do!

Jonetta (ejaygirl) I loved Edith Wharton's The Age of Innocence The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton .

One book I struggled with was The Catcher in the Rye The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger by J.D. Salinger. I just didn't enjoy it.

I love Age of Innocence and

Ethan Frome by Edith Wharton. I also enjoyed her novella The Old Maid The 'Fifties (Modern Library Classics) by Edith Whartonwhich was the inspiration behind the Bette Davis movie (by same name).

I also love Mansfield Park Mansfield Park by Jane Austen although I know a lot of people think this was not her best.
