2008- it sounds so futuristic, somehow. I'm expecting more of the same this year, with some possible chaos associated with getting the plumbing fixed in my house. My book resolutions for this year:
1. More YA, juvenile and picture books 2. At least one or two classics- I'm thinking maybe some Jane Austen, The Divine Comedy, and I've been wanting to read Walden for a while 3. I think this is the year I might take on...Harry Potter...sigh 4. I also want to beef up my nonfiction reading.
My personal resolutions for this year (I don't really do resolutions, but these are vague enough to work for me): 1. Make more good friends in this town 2. Make some art after a several year hiatus 3. Exercise more so that I feel healthy and optimistic about life
