Right after Percy has his first kiss with Annabeth, he goes and flirts with Calypso?
some one needs to knock some sense in that boy.

She was kind and cared for him after he was hurt. He really liked Annabeth, more than he liked Calypso. However, she was cursed with the fact that she would fall in love with every hero that had to leave.

Ditto. I mean, Annabeth and Percy are like, the ultimate package. _SPOILER_ in the Mark of Athena, when Annabeth meets percy again, she flips him over her shoulder, and puts her forarm to her neck, then says:"If you ever leave me again, i swear to the gods..."

I was also like waa??? it was weird how they threw that whole seen in there i didnt see it coming. I felt bad for calypso. But its true Percy and Annabeth are meant to be so i wasn't worried.

Just goes to show what a little care and attention does to a man.

Nah, Percy was dazed and Calypso was giving him care, shelter, food, company...He didn't know how to get back. He loved Annabeth more but Calypso was helping him. So I'll defend him.

percy really cared for calypso she will alway's be his what if. it really was awful that everyone thought he was dead. i am glad it worked out with him and annabeth they are my favorite book couple they just have a funny relationship

And the part where (view spoiler)[Percy gives Annabeth her knife after she throws it in (hide spoiler)] and we all hated the part where (view spoiler)[PERCY AND ANNABETH FELL INTO TARTARUS (hide spoiler)], but I quite thought it was a good ending.

i am so fricken p-oed at him for that stupid cliff hanger. But i really liked all those parts except for the one at the end. I fricken cried my eyed out for that.

Well Percy kissed Annabeth after saving her life and next thing you know he is getting taken care of by a nice young girl who is cursed to fall in love with every hero that washes up there so it was a good twist

I think that's part of Calypso's curse, right? The heroes who come to her island are those types whom she can't help but fall in love with. And when Percy left he said/thought that this curse wasn't one way. Meaning, those heroes are also the type who can't help but fall for her. Meaning he, too fell for Calypso.

I actually like Calypso. I never thought Rachel was worthy of being in a triangle with Percabeth. He never had feelings for her. Calypso on the other hand... well, refer to the above paragraph :) But yeah, yeah, Percabeth is Percabeth. Still, I think Calypso is bringing something interesting to the table. It's funny when Annabeth is jealous!

P.S. I really felt bad for her that all those heroes whom she falls in love with all have something going on in their lives that they can't stay with her.

I kinda like Annabeth but I agree with the proud part. That's one of the few things I don't like about her. Well, all part of her being athena's daughter, I guess. :)

Yeah, it was not Percy's fault....plus he could have chosen to stay (even though her curse was that no one would ever be able to stat there with her). Oh my gosh I cry of happiness every time Percy and Annabeth kiss. And then I'm like: I WANNA BE ANNABETH!!!!!!!!!

Annabeth and Percy are the ultimate package any side relationships are stupid

Yea, she doesn't. I never liked Rachel because she thought she could be all over Percy. NO! Percabeth forever!

The Battle of the Labyrinth Percy honestly said he would sit there all day wondering his name when Annebeth kissed him.They are the cutest couple ever and lets not forget it was Hera that sent him to Ogyia plus we knew Annebeth liked him since they were 12 like she said that in Mark Of Athena.So Like it insnt percy fault

honestly it was not percys fault he was sent to ogyia,hera sent him and he liked annebeth like when she kissed him he said he would sit there and wonder his name.even though i like calypsoo annebeth is way better like she had a crush on him since they were 12,she admitted it in Mark Of Athena so I understand percy

but maybe Aphrodite had something to do with it after all she does say that she was going to make things tough for Percy in the love department, so maybe she was just telling him late? And it does seem that Aphrodite would like sending warriors to calypso's island just to make them fall in love. let me know what you think.
