Just write.
Write for yourself. Don't even read what you've written. Don't even look back as you're writing. Write until you're finished. Once you're finished, look back over your work. Only then can you begin to be critical of style, grammar, flow, etc.
The more often you write, and the more volume you write, the better your writing will get. As you look back on things you have written, you will see mistakes you have made and you will understand how not to make them in the future. You will improve over time. Nobody becomes a famous writer thinking about writing.
Here are a few sites and things you might want to take a look at!

My advice is to make sure that the story your writing, is the one you want to write! Sometimes I have a few stories in my head and I'll choose to write one of my older stories, but what I really want to do is write my newest one. I would feel stuck because people say you should finish what you start. But how could I finish one story when I had another running through my head?! Sometimes if you really want to write two different stories, but you feel to stressed or like your abandoning the other, something fun you can do is find a way to put the two together. So make sure your writing the story you want to write.
Also it's OK to think about your novel. I know a few writer who have amazing books and they said that the thing they did the most was just think about the world they had in there minds. Most people are saying WRITE WRITE WRITE! But I want to say that it's fine if you relax and just think about your novel, I found out that the more I thought about my novel and spent time in my little world that I had made, the more easy it was to write! So lay back, relax, and go slip into your imagination! Don't let fears of if people will like it or worries of if it will be good make it so that you don't get to be in a amazing place you made. I do encourage you to write, but don't forget to spend time with your imagination!
