Obviously opposed the Capitol, at one point even pulling out a stolen Peacekeeper rifle during the interview and breaking it, then threw the bits and pieces in the direction of the first Panem president (Before President Snow)

NOTE: He participated in the same games as Haymitch, obviously losing. The Capitol hated him so much they designed a special trap that they thought would kill him (Giant insects, similar to the ones in the 75th Hunger Games, but covered in steel and electrified), and a huge mud landslide on the main mountain in the Arena. He dodged the insects, led them into the landslide, and effectively electrecuted all the mud (It was mostly water), which then collided with arena force field, causing a small hole to develop, which he then escaped the Arena. For over 10 years, they searched for him, and gave up. Within that time, The first president had been assasinated with the same Taser-like rifle that had been constructed by Corbinus in the Arena with a large mark where the electricity had hit with a Mockingjay burnt into his skull. Later on, many other Head Peacekeepers were found dead with the same mark on their skulls. The continued looking for Corbinus, until the second rebellion. They had even interrogated and tortured Haymitch, which explains his drunkness. He had been so traumatized that he turned to drinking. Many other victims to torture turned to drugs and alcohol, such as the Morphlings and Chaff who had ties with Corbinus before. Around the 73rd Hunger Games the attacks had stopped, and people reported that if you took a Hovercraft far enough into the wilderness beyond District 13 and across a huge Ocean, you would discover a man living in a small settlement who called him Corninus Riverwell, with the same nose and eyes as Corbinus.

Bio: She was picked to be in the 72nd Hunger Games and when she tried stepping out her father grabbed onto her and said that he lost his wife this way and he is not losing her, she reasured him she was going to win.
