my mom and i have a theory that Tessa gives her immortality to Jem who becomes one of the brothers and stays with Will.

Ooh....I like it XD But i don't think she gives up her immortality, because a female warlock is mentioned in City of Lost Souls.....
It would be cool if she showed up in city of heavenly fire XD.
