Amelia Peabody series by Elizabeth Peters
A lot of people like The Cat Who series on audio, but I don't care for them.
I'm also looking to find more audios from this genre. Can't wait to see other suggestions!

Hope some of these help!

Both series are well narrated and I think were mostly produced by Blackstone Audiobooks.

Ellen Crosby
Jacqueline Winspear
I do not like reading the Murder She Wrotes but like them on audio
not necessarily mystery but Julie Kenner's Demon Hunting Soccer Mom series on audio was very entertaining.
If you ever read plain mysteries not just cozy, Laura Lippman's Tess Monaghan is pretty good on audio

Thanks for the suggestions - I'll check to see if my library has any of them. p.s. I listen to all kinds of audiobooks - in fact my two all time favorites are a general fiction (the help) and a YA book (the book thief). I also listened to Whiskey Sour, and liked it, but my library doesn't have the others in the series on audio.
