Ok I've got a thought for you, I don't know if any of the other authors are planning to join in on Amazon's Break Through Novel Contest this year or not, but I was thinking the first step to get through this contest to the next qualifiers is an amazing Pitch (up to 300) well I personally have always found this part super hard so maybe we can start a thread where anyone who might need help can post their pitch there or if they have ideas about what makes a good pitch and anyone who want to help can leave comments. what do you think?

What do you think about a thread to promote Blogs? I was keeping mine under wraps until a few weeks ago, but I think I'd like to get some more people looking at it. For me, it's just a way for me to ramble about whatever is floating around in my wee little brain.

I guess some sort of blog visibility thread is what I am thinking?

Being a budding author with my first finished manuscript just barely completed, I love this idea. I have been trying to figure out what my pitch should be!

I wasn't commenting on this thread because of the contest but rather on the suggestion of having an area to discuss pitch ideas... perhaps this wasn't the best place to input the suggestion :(

Oops - sorry if I misunderstood. I believe there was a thread already for working on pitches though.
