Wow! Still, that's impressive, you're in "The End" category lol, I'm not sure if that's a good thing lol! I'm sititng right in the middle of "Four Horsemen" haha!

Not sure, is it dystopian/post apocalyptic?

Not sure, is it dystopian/post apocalyptic?"
It really isn't, it's a twisted small town, but I really liked the book :)

Sounds like it would fit better with some if the other challenges rather than this one ;) Thanks Marla!

January:

February:

March:

April:

In order to finish my March challenge and participate in the buddy read I'll hopefully be adding Pretties, Specials, Extras, Legend, and Partials to that March list! We'll see how that goes, this month is coming to an end fast! *fingers crossed*
Ooh I've read the four you mentioned and I just started Partials :) We're doing a buddy read of Partials starting tomorrow if you want to join in the discussion!

Aww ok no worries, either way is cool :) They usually only last 3 or 4 days since people read fast lol. Ill probably be done on Tuesday evening and will give my final thoughts, but will keep watching everyone else's comments and responding until everyone's finished :) We use spoiler tags so the book isn't ruined by anyone who finished faster. We'd love to have you if you can make, but if not, no worries, we'll catch ya on another one!
How did I miss this challenge? I am in, and I may try what Meaghan's doing--I love my dystopia!

That's a tough call- which series? Oops, sorry saw your previous question that it's about the Morganville Vampires... I'm going to allow it. Because once you're 'in' with the vampires and know what's going on in Morganvillle, you've been condemned to stay there, forever pretty much. So, even though I wouldn't normally think of Morganville as dystopian, for the purposes of this challenge, go ahead. And if you already read books- go ahead and claim them retroactively. (Like hypothetically, you read Book#1-3 of Morganville in April- well, then for April you satisfied 'Countdown's Begun' Level.)
Better get on that, David! ;)
Well, I ended up with 7 for August, so not too bad!
Starting a new one for September!

We partied like it REALLY was 1999. December 21, 2012 came, and went. Countless other 'end of the world dates' have come and gone. No major earthquakes, the sun didn't go out, no zombie outbreaks (yet), and the poles didn't suddenly reverse. Kind of anti-climatic, right?
Let's turn back (or forward) the clocks, and grab onto that feeling once again! This is a mini-challenge that can be repeated throughout 2013. You pick the start date.... then 30 days from your start (give or take a day- basically a month) is your deadline.
For this challenge, to get back that 'we are going to die' feeling, you need to read a dystopian, apocalyptic, zombie outbreak, and/or post-apocalyptic books. (If you can justify your choice, then you can use it!)
Feel free to ask questions! Re-reads are fine, as long as the read dates fall within your time frame for the challenge.
