Probably gong to Body Movers by Stephanie Bond next.

Jeannie I am reading Killer Librarian by Mary Lou Kirwin. Not sure I if I like it yet or not and I am already on page 97 but I have read good reviews on it.

message 6: by Carey (new)

Carey I am reading A Rose from the Dead by Kate Collins. I didn't realize when I was at the library that I was starting on book #6. I don't know if it's because I'm coming in late, but I really don't like the main character. I don't know if it's worth going back and starting at #1!

I am currently reading Read and Buried by Erika Chase. This is the 2nd in her series. I have already read A Killer Read. The two cats in the book steal the show! :)

message 16: by Jeanie (last edited Mar 19, 2013 10:52PM) (new)

Jeanie Jackson Killing Memories by Tatianna Moore. Sloooow start. If it hadn't been recommended by someone who taste I trust, I would probably have set it aside for a later time. Glad I kept going. I really enjoyed it and immediately ordered the next two. Ebooks, 1st free, 2nd 2.00 each.
Finished them all loved all three!!!

I like the characters in Chili Con Corpse but haven't read Carbs & Cadavers.

Not yet, but on my to read list.

message 28: by Jeanie (new)

Jeanie Jackson Mary how is it. I have a couple of her books in my stack but keep moving others on top.

message 29: by Mary (new)

Mary (1chpwife) | 29 comments It was a good. I really enjoyed it. The suspect was not obvious. Which I liked. Maddy did a very good job of describing Norway & the arctic circle, I felt as if I was there on the trip with all of them. I laughed at the surprise & hi jinx. Starting Dutch Me Deadly ;)

message 32: by Jeanie (new)

Jeanie Jackson What is the key component of a cozy mystery. I read many books about amateur detectives. I know the ones with humor count but what about the books like Julia Spencer-Fleming's series, Rev. Clare Ferguson.... She is an amateur and the details are not graphic, yet I listed it as mystery and suspense instead of cozy. I have gone back and relabeled some but I just got more confused. Even though Mrs. Polifax, by Dorthy Gilman, works for the CIA, I really see those as cozies. Help.

Candace Davidson | 833 comments Mod
A cozy is a mystery with little if any violence, language and sex. That is the basics.

message 34: by Jeanie (new)

Jeanie Jackson That is what I remembered. So Spencer-Fleming is cozy. Thanks
