OMFG!!! Opal = :0 ...Origin Desperate!!!

The cliffhanger is torture! I just finished opal and am flabbergasted! It's so adorable and sweet but afterwards I sat there like a potato for about ten minutes.
I can't believe that manipulative jerk Blake :(
Also, I thought it was odd how Beth was suddenly normal again when the last time Kat saw her she was unstable! I had an idea... You know the Luxens can disguise their appearances as someone else...well what if it wasn't actually Beth?
Anyway, I just needed to let off some steam.
I want to know, what are your predictions for Origin and The last book?
And what do you think aboutthe Blake/Beth thing?

I felt the same way yesterday when I finished reading Opal. About Beth, I felt that the way it was written, it was as if their love was too strong and it helped her overcome her "crazy". lol But, I'm curious about what she wanted to tell Dawson about Blake when they were escaping. Like whether or not it was just that he was an implant or if there was more to what she wanted to tell them.
you know, i didn't think about the whole luxen disguise thing but i don't think that's the case. i think that it was a set up and that beth really isn't as unstable all the time as we're lead to believe.
i do have to say that i knew it was a trap, but i didn't really see the ending as it was panning out. it was well done and now i can't wait for origin. i want it now!!!

I couldn't believe it when it ended that way,or the release date for the next book. i can't wait though.
OMG I thought they were going to take Daemon. I mean I knew Blake was trouble when he walked in.*Que Taylor Swift song* And the next book is going to be in duel pov's between Daemon and Kat!!!! Omggggg!!!!! They should have listened to Beth! Oh and I totally agree with Daemon and killing Blake in Onyx. DIE YOU BUTT BAG!!!! Can't wait for orgin!
This book left me breathless.... It felt like something squeezed my heart and I am now left with a feelings of mourning.
I saw it coming, but seriously thought it would be someone else.
I am vigorously looking for a few other series to distract me from this one. Origins release date is too far away and I will go crazy. Haven't been this upset about a cliff hanger since Karen Moning's Fever series and I went obsessive insane for that. I will prevail this cliff hanger and refrain my crazy out bursts.
my thoughts for the next book...
#1. I do not believe that Blake was caring Chris. Or, if he was.... that Chris wasn't willing to go with Blake because he knows. I think Blake seriously does have feelings for Kat and is just butt hurt.
#2. I think Chris (if its Chris) will end up helping in the rescue.
#3. I think Blake still works for the DOD and will continue to be in the story line. He will make Kat question herself and he will do what he can to make her love him. (then again, i could be wrong... I have read too many books LOL)
#4. I think the rescue will be successful but Dee will die :(
#5. Last but not least.... I think this book seriously needs to come out sooner then what it says.

I was devostated at the end of this one. I have never been in such shock at the end of a book. I cannot wait for the next one. It is torture
This was one of the BEST installments thus far in the Lux series. I went to grab my bookmark from the last page, and all I saw was the last sentence, and I FLIPPED, because I refused to let myself read the ending and give it all away. I totally thought it was going Daemon that was captured! Also, I think Blake purposely tried to get someone captured. The last password was supposed to be
DAEDALUS
, in all caps, and Luc was very clear on that. But Blake, who was present when Luc told them that, and the one who put in the last pass-code put in
Daedalus
which was THE INCORRECT PASSWORD!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I think that he meant for it to be Katy, because he said what a big resource to the DOD she would be, and how they would do anything to get her, if they knew how powerful she was. AND I think that Blake did know about the Onyx shields, but was sent by Daedalus to see if they could grow an tolerance to it. Summary: I think Blake is a SPY and needs to DIE AN HURTFUL DEATH. Just saying.

I can honestly not wait until August to know what happens!! It's literally killing me!!
yeah after reading Opal my reaction was "what the hell was that" i cried at the end of the book..i want to kill blake for doing that... i can't wait for the origin to be release!!
