I've been watching Season's 1 & 2 on DVD like crazy. I need to get caught up on season 3 cause I haven't seen all of those episodes.

Yes, I do like the transition to Black and White. I think the reason why the comic book and the show being in black and white is that it is supposed to be an homage to George Romero's original Night of the Living Dead.
Rick, what was that about Michael Bay?

Anyone watch Fear the Walking Dead? I love the original show, but I am definitely not a fan of the...um... "other show".
I tried to give it a chance. Season one was..meh...okay. But season two, when they were on that fucking boat for the first half, I was bored to tears! It was so boring I found myself playing with my phone or doing other things while I was supposed to be watching it. It kind of got a little better when they got to Mexico. The whole episode with the flashback with the former junkie kid was actually kind of interesting. But after that I just stopped watching it...without even thinking about it. I gave it a chance, but the show is boring as shit. It has almost no ties to the original show...which I hate. And that is why they can't call it a "spin-off" or even "prequel", they call it "the companion series". Which is lame.
What I think might have made it better, was if they did something similar to what Vince Gilligan does with Better Call Saul, where if they had characters who were killed off on The Walking Dead do cameos on Fear the Walking Dead. But they didn't do that.
It doesn't even have any ties to the comic book!! I didn't even watch the premiere of season three last night. I'm done.

Yeah, a lot of people didn't like season 7 of TWD. I can see that, it did kind of drag. But, I have high hopes for season 8 All Out War. Hopefully not too many characters we like get killed off though.
Fear, however, is just garbage put out to make money. I hate to say that, but it's true.
LOL..."zompocalypse", I like that.

Anyone been watching The Walking Dead this past season? I know it was tough to watch if you are a fan. And the cast members honestly said that it was tough to film cause it was so dark and their characters were getting bullied and beaten down.
My thing is....did anyone else but me notice that the barbed wire wrapped around Negan's 32" wooden baseball bat named "Lucille" has be slowly removed of it's barbs and nipped on the show?? This should be a YouTube video fan theory thing. I'm serious...look!!!!
Episode 16 of season 6 ( cliffhanger....yeah, we all hated it last year. MYSELF INCLUDED! But, get over it.)
Yeah, you can definitely see the sharp ass barbs there. I sure as shit would not want to die like that if I had a choice. LMAO.
And here is a shot from the season 7 mid-season finale, TWD episode 8, "Hearts Still Beating".
And you can see it looks like they removed most of the barbs and clipped off the sharp points on the ones that are still left.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any photos of Lucille from the season 7 finale. However, if you watch this clip from the episode on YouTube, look carefully and you can see it's almost like there are no barbs left on the bat. Like it's just plain wire wrapped around it now...

Did you look?? Yeah, Rick's face is the really scary thing in that scene ( Actually, that's what I love about it. Rick is a bad-ass again). We hope Rick will get Negan for everything he's done ( at least I hope so. I read the comic books, so I know...(view spoiler) ).
My point is, why have a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire if it's not sharp, deadly and intimidating actual barbed wire anymore? You might as well hand Jeffrey Dean Morgan a tree branch wrapped in thorns at this point if that's the case ( and absolutely no offense to him, he's been doing a great job!!).
Am I wrong? Are there still barbs on it? Or is it just another TWD special effects mistake?["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Will this show ever come to a conclusion? I’ve had kids grow up leave home since season 1.
