Always Addicted Anyone else confused about Marissa? Does she know the truth about Nash/cash? She cant think the real Nash is the Nash she knows, right? He looks different than the Nash she knows. What do you think?

I wasn't sure about that myself. They really didn't elaborate on that much. (I LOVED THIS BOOK)

Always Addicted Maybe we will find out in book 3. I kind of wanted to learn more about his relationship with marissaso I could appreciate cash and liv even more. Did he ever really care about her or just part of his role working at law firm?

I took is as if it was just an in for him at the firm and she was just a convenient side track. Hopefully book 2 will fill us in. BTW when is 3rd bood due out? I like to reread books right before.

Maria Sara, I get the impression that Marissa knows that Nash is not the twin she knew and realizes that Cash use to play both parts. She seems more astute than we realized. Liv said something to the effect that she thinks Marissa knows. Also, I have a suspicion that Marissa's dad is somehow involve in all this mob business going on with Cash & his family. Sounds like the 3rd book will be Nash's story and I think that he will be romantically involve with the new & improve Marissa.

Tony 100% agree with Maria,
She's worked out the Cash/Nash scenario but is super-confused by (New)Nash, to whom she is obviously attracted, hence the "looking after", and sleeping with (in the NON-Biblical sense), of course.
We may not yet know the full extent of what Marissa discovered whilst being held captive, we already know that what she has revealed has had a profound effect on her character.
I too am convinced that Marissa's Father has more to do with this than we have gleaned from books #1 & #2.
I think its significant that she didn't want to go back to her Father's place after she was rescued, too.
Maybe his Firm works for the Mob, or is even a money laundering arm of the Mob.
I just can't wait for Book #3.

❤️ Diana ❤️ I was wondering the same thing, I mean she can't be that dumb.....right? I also don't trust this new her, just too convenient. Remember when Cash was Nash and he said Marissa wasn't that bad cause if she was she knew he would dump her. So I'm wondering if this nice act is just an act to impress Nash. She was never alone with Olivia so who knows how she feels. If she did figure out the Cash/Nash twist then she defiantly would want to get back at Olivia for Cash/Nash not choosing her. On the other hand, maybe almost dying did change her......I guess we will find out more in book 3

Right on, Tony. I like your theories on Marissa's father's ties with the mob.

Maria, you summed up my thoughts perfectly!! Marissa is no idiot; there is def a good reason why she has become so attached to the real Nash seemingly instantly. Daddy Dearest is def involved..she's been kidnapped and beaten why else would she NOT want to stay with her dad where she should be safe? Being with Cash, Nash, Gavin and Liv is the furthest from safe...there's a serious reason why she'd prefer them to her dad's home!!

Laura omg ive just read the above an have never thought about that i wastoo wrapped up in the ending an hoping there was going to be more liv an cash. I now agree i wonder if Daddy has somthin to do with the whole situation thats why he took nash on an if he is using marissa to get info so she can pass it on!?

LisaLisa Having just finished this, yes, it is implied by Olivia that Marissa is aware of the deception and that the real Nash is not the man she had been dating. Is anyone aware of when Nash's story is supposed to be published?

I heard Book 3 is coming out in June but don't think that's set in stone. :-/

Beth Michele I think Nash's story will come out in June.

Maria I can't wait for the 3rd book and have things wrapped up. I need a HEA for Cash & Olivia and also for Nash & Marissa. Nash needs to be happy with someone so he wouldn't be so bitter. Now I'm wondering if their mom is still alive? I wouldn't be surprised if no one actually died from that boat explosion. Just a thought.

I was thinking the same thing about the mother !!

Tony Hmmmmm!! Hadn't had that thought but it would be a fantastic twist.

Nicki Rae I never saw the Nash twist coming, so it is very possible that the mother is alive also. Would make for another very interesting book!! Cant wait for the third.

Bella-Jane These are a lot of good twist that people have posted. I have never thought about Marissa's Dad being involved. Can't wait till book 3.

Jamie Marissa's father is familiar with the case against Nash/Cash's dad. "Nash" had said he finally was able to convince her dad to look over the files and was going to help him try to get an appeal. Doesn't mean he's not up to no good, but he def knows what is going on.

I'm not thinking the mother will be back. After the Nash twist, it almost seems too predictable.
