As I don't yet have my own book to share, I thought I would share my late Grandfather's book instead... he wrote it in 1995 and it's about his time as a prisoner of war in WWII.

I have 4 published books, all currently on Kindle and paper using Create Space. (One was also published in the traditional way in the U.S. and in Spain.)

I did all of the formatting and cover design myself and I would be happy to share that experience with this group, as well as learn from the experiences of others.

Hello everyone, I'm a mystery writer and just formatted two of my ebooks by myself and am working on the interior design using InDesign.

For the ebook formatting, I used the Kindle plugin for InDesign 5.0 and FINALLY got it to work the way I wanted it to. Drop caps were tricky.

I just published my book The Divided Island, an illustrated healing bedtime story for children in the midst of a divorce.
I formatted it with mobipocket and would love feedback.
It is currently only available on Amazon (including KDP select)and has a sample download available.
As I have never formatted a book before, any remarks on faults in the formatting is very welcome.
