Apocrine glands secrete a fatty sweat directly into the tubule of the gland. When you're under emotional stress, the wall of the tubule contracts and the sweat is pushed to the surface of your skin where bacteria begin breaking it down. Most often, it's the bacterial breakdown of apocrine sweat that causes an odor.

I'm only slightly disappointed.

It was likely his unwashed clothes causing the stink.

I didn't win the lottery yet but I smell pretty good.

I just talked with the bartender/owner of the place where I was and he said, "Oh yeah. I know that guy." Apparently he's a regular who has a reputation for being stinky.

Yes.
This is so sad. I was in a public library in Washington, D.C. and went to the bathroom. There was what I assume was a homeless woman in the next stall (a stack of large duffel bags had been set outside the bathroom door). The smell was utterly overpowering and overwhelming and I could not stay. I thought I was going to choke to death. I immediately left and went to another bathroom in the building.

Has anyone experienced a stinky lady?"
I can't talk about it because of professional boundaries, but I can say yes. Roll open the windows in dead of winter or pouring rain yes.

Sweat resulting from stress causes an odor.
