How was Plum Spooky? I have it in my pile of books at home and am gonna read it sometime this year.
It was good! I know people don't like the between-the-numbers books but I do. It was a full-length novel too.

What are all these plum books that everyone keeps posting? The names are everywhere!
They are a series by Janet Evanovich (Stephanie Plum series) and they are highly addictive! Easy reads, suspenseful, hilarious (I'm talking don't read in public because you will lol and snort at the same time) and exciting. Must read in order. The first is One For the Money. I highly recommend them!

Another series where the author is still alive and pumping them out?
Yes. I think she has 19 out plus some between- the-numbers novels and novellas. It does get repetitive but the comedy stays consistent.

Mackenzie- I just got introduced to her last year. I love her! I have the first 2 books of the stephanie Plum series in my nook. I just have to get to reading them. I can't wait!
I agree with you about the Stephanie Plum books -- they're marvelous. I always keep one in reserve as a reward for when I make it through more troublesome and serious reads. They will definitely cheer you up as you root for Stephanie.

Yes it is over :(. Harris is moving on to a new series for me to become obsessed with. It looks like most people hated the ending too! Not me, it was exactly as I figured.
Hmmm. I need to get this one asap! Especially because I have an idea on how it will end. have you read any of her other series? I haven't yet. wow... its over... can't believe it
I read the first in the other 2- Aurora Teagarden and Harper Connelly- and they were not as good but I think I may give the others a chance. Have you?
Nope, haven't read anything else by her but I do plan on giving them all a try hopefully sooner rather than later!

24. Inferno. Dan Brown. Finished 6-9-13. Another fast- paced, action- adventure Robert Langdon book! As his usual style, Dan Brown quickly engrossed readers into his world full of art and travel education, symbology, and history's mysteries. Always fun to come out one of his books with some new jeopardy knowledge! The book was inquisitive, exciting and scary at the same time. I didn't feel it was as great a read as some of the earlier Robert Langdon adventures but it was still very good. Mr. Brown has a way of instilling excitement and real- life fear in his fictional books. Well done.

28. Bullet. Laurell K Hamilton. Finished 6-25-13. "Crap is a slang term for feces, also used as a colloquialism to describe something substandard." Thank you wikipedia. No more LKH for me.
29. Red Dragon. Thomas Harris. Finished 7-6-13. Decent crime novel. I have to stop reading books after I watch the movie!
31. Relic. Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. Finished 7-26-13. I totally read these books out of order! I read the 4th then the 3rd and now the 1st... Very good though; love these authors!I'm slowing down! Oh no! Just have not had the time to read lately, I hate it!
33. Wicked Appetite. Janet Evanovich. Finished 8-3-13. LOVED this book! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys the Stephanie Plum novels as this series is about Diesel from the spin- off books.
34. Pretty Little Liars. Sara Shepard.Finished 8-9-13. Reread since I tried to pick back up at book 9 and had no idea what was going on!35. Flawless. Sara Shepard. Finished 8-11-13.
36. Sick Puppy. Carl Hiaasen. Finished 8-28-13.37. Wicked Business. Janet Evanovich. Finished 9-3-13.
38. A Modern Witch. Deborah Geary. Finished 9-11-13. This was a Kindle borrow and it was ok. I probably won't read more of the series but who knows? Not many must- reads on the Kindle Borrow library.
