Damien, to put it simply, is the perfect man for his job. He is known for being charismatic, and he is an overall approachable person if you forget his high clearance level. He enjoys conversing with everyone, and does not put himself above any other agent. He's quick in action, and is quite the problem solver. Damien Griffith is a tall man, standing at 6'2". He isn't entirely stocky, but he has plenty of muscle that you wouldn't want to take on in a fight. He has pale blue eyes, and deep ginger hair. He is more often than not found wearing a suit and tie, but despite his sharp appearance, he enjoys a good laugh and is pretty easygoing.
Although moderately skilled when it comes to firearms, Damien's skills lie mainly in the scientific research part of S.H.I.E.L.D. When starting, he had trained partially as a field agent, but later became an active scientist instead. He loves working in a lab and discovering new things, but as of late, he has returned to working as a field agent. He first joined S.H.I.E.L.D. in his early twenties, and has been entirely loyal to them since the beginning.

Platinum blonde hair, cold face, and doesn't look a day above twenty. That's generally what people describe Sullivan Linc as. He's always wearing glasses, and likes wearing red clothes, usually the one seen above. He has electric blue eyes, and what teens call a 'resting bitch face'. He rarely grins, for he's used to smiles and smirks alone. He's lithe, not bulky at all, and he walks in an elegant and swift fashion. Carefully hidden in his clothes are small knives, needles and explosives, just in case he ever needs it.

Linc might appear cold, but he's actually very caring to the individuals he like. Might seem difficult to talk to, but he's actually a lot kinder than how he looks like. He's the youngest amongts the Lvl. 9 Agents and he achieved it with his intelligence and skills. He's very loyal, and he's a ruthless tactician. He handles all paperwork that cannot be seen by ranks lower than him, standing in as one of the secret keepers of the organization. The more he gets cornered, frustrated, or angered, the more he gets dangerous. On a lighter note, he has a habit of making witty remarks, sarcastic jokes even, whenever he's not too busy arranging files and other things.

Sullivan Linc's defining skill is that he's an expert in explosives. Lock him in a kitchen and he'll blast his way out of it, of course, he knows chemicals very well because of it. He always carries small bottles, smaller than his finger, that contains highly flammable and explosive liquid. If he's going down, he'll make sure everyone else will. He grew up in a half-normal family, and his hobby with chemicals and explosives were nurtured by his wealthy parents. His mother's side was affiliated with S.H.I.E.L.D., and around nineteen he discovered and willingly joined S.H.I.E.L.D., because he wanted a change. He wanted to do something that he's good at, which was strategy and tinkering with bombs. He quickly rose within the ranks because of his proficiency and intellect, until he had a 9th level clearance. Rarely seen in the field because his expertise is needed in the Headquarters, it results to him rarely going outside. But when he does go outside, he tries to find and talk with his childhood friends, who knows nothing significant about his work. He cares about his family deeply, and for those whom he considers friends. His current major work involves him carrying papers around, top-secret, and pretty much doing the paperwork of his fellow-ranked agents who's designated in the field. He's the one who gets all the important reports, arranges them. Sometimes he makes bombs as well, but ever since he fully stocked the bombs storage, the other agents told him to take a break from his interesting hobby.

Hayden is usually known as the person in the background. Being a pilot often means being secluded in the cockpit. She is quite equip for this however, and actually enjoys being alone - but that doesn't mean she hates socializing. When given the chance, Hayden loves conversing with others, and may even end up talking your ear off. She is a very passive person, and remains cool headed in most situations. She can be a little sarcastic, but it's just one of her many quirks. Talking to herself is a bit of a habit, and someone might think she's got one or two loose screws.
Hayden is a pilot first, mechanic second. She loves working with cars and other hogh tech equipment. Something's broken? Chances are, Hayden can fix it. If she's not in the pilots seat of some kind of aircraft, then she's in a garage figuring out ways to make S.H.I.E.L.D. vehicles better.
Just before her twentieth birthday was when Hayden joined S.H.I.E.L.D., which is an abnormally young age for an agent. When she was just a baby, her own fathet had worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. and ended up getting killed in action. Her mother tried to hide this away, but Hayden finding out was inevitable. At first, she hated S.H.I.E.L.D. for allowing her dad to be killed, but she soon realized that she wanted to help their cause, just as her dad. Since she was handy with tools and a great pilot, she was recruited. She had some basic training as a field agent, mostly for self defense, as she probably wasn't going to see much field work.

Garnet is a gentlemen through and through-he is polite, well mannered and proper. He rarely ever breaks that mould even when speaking with his team but he expects all his orders to be followed down to a t and if they are not, people will see the vicious side of him that he rarely shows due to being an easy going guy. Garnet is close to his team and loyal to them, going to whatever lengths he has to keep them safe and sound. But what Garnet keeps hidden are his breaks when he is transported into his own mind and trapped in the worst memories of his life. He is often sullen and moody nowadays. These symptoms add up to a condition called PTSD which soldiers suffer from and if any SHIELD agent can be classed as a solider it's Garnet.
Garnet was inducted into SHIELD 10 years ago and his past before that is mainly just rumours which is the way he likes to keep it. Since then he has always volunteered or been put forward for the most difficult, demanding missions which got him moved up the chain pretty quickly but also meddled a lot with his mental health. It didn't long before people noticed he wasn't stable but they ignored it because he was the best at what he did meaning Garnet suffered. He learnt to keep the signs of his trauma hidden and regularly see's a shrink to deal with it because he doesn't want to hurt some innocent person by accident because he's stuck in the worst memories of his life- memories no-one else could cope with. Two years ago, Garnet turned down a promotion into clearance level nine on the basis of his mental health and retired from SHIELD life for a while but 6 months ago, he was pulled back onto the field to create a task force to deal with problems no-one else could.

✈ personalityCalm and collected are one of the many ways to describe Rachael. She is extremely clever and knows what she's doing most of the time. She is one that doesn't let her emotions get the better of her and it comes at a price. There is an air around her that tells people to stay away, to leave her alone. It's probably her cold eyes or intimidating height (5.10) But sometimes she wishes she could have someone to talk to but because of how bad she is at starting conversations that don't have anything to do with science, she keeps quiet. Apart from that she has a very big heart and can be very sarcastic.
✈ backgroundOnce upon a time there lived a small cottage on the outskirts of Paris and in that cottage lived an elderly couple that had a their granddaughter living with them. Because of their old beliefs the girl was raised to be respectful, hardworking and caring. It wasn't easy for the young girl, her parents were often away and the o ly time she would see them would be at Christmas.
At school the little girl was not liked. She got picked on for being so... Perfect. For having good grades. At the time the little girl didn't understand that they were jealous of her success. But none of that mattered, she only lived to make her parents, grandparents and teachers happy.
At the tender age of eleven, on Christmas day, the little girl ran down stairs, expecting her father and mother to welcome her with open arms. But how could they if they weren't there? Instead she found her grandfather crying, clutching a letter in his hand. "They're gone, sweet." He choked out. The girl not wanting to believe it just chuckled. They'll come back, they always do!" "Not this time Rachel, they're gone." That one sentence destroyed her whole world, and she never liked Christmas since.
Her parents had been murdered as far as she could gather. And she loathed the people that did it. For years she searched for the people get parents worked for and when she was nineteen she found them. S.H.I.E.L.D. As soon as she had read up on them she applied for one of their universities. It took them two days to reply.
She thought that she would be able to hate them she really did, but as she couldn't, it wasn't their fault, it was HYDRA's. On a quest to avenge her parents and to save others from the same fate, she decided to work for the same people her parents had. And she hasn't regretted a anything, apart from the loneliness it brought.

✈ personalityAlex is a loyal, hardworking and a stubborn young man. That's what most people say to him. It makes him smile, but at the same time it saddens him. If he could talk, maybe he could show of more of his personality. He has a dry sense of humor and doesn't take things lightly. "Mr. Uptight" is what his high school nickname used to be, and he hated it! But the name suited him well. He studied and studied, he got A's through out his whole school career and nothing less, well except maybe a B in PE but that was only in junior year of High-School.
✈ backgroundWhen Alex was born the doctors knew there was something wrong with him, he didn't cry like the rest of the babies, even when his mouth was agape. They ran a few tests and told his mother nothing a mother should ever hear. His vocal cords were not developed at all, and the only chance to get him talking again would be through surgery. Just the thought of them cutting open her child sent Marie McKenzie in a frenzy and she repeatedly said 'no'.
That descision made Alex's life very hard, he didn't have a lot of friends apart from his big brother who is now in Iraac fighting the war against the Rebels. He was home schooled which was good since his mother was a teacher. As the years went by, Alex became more self-concious about his biggest weakness and started to go out less and less, but one day when he did finally go out with his brother, he wished he hadn't because when he came back he found his mother dead on the floor, well her body, her head was scattered all over the place and so was the blood... He stood there in schock until finally one of the many teams from SHIELD arrived. They took pity on Alex and gave them their business card and told him to call them at any time.
For a couple of months he didn't, he was so confused about what had just happened, and it was still hard to believe that his mother, his best-friend was dead. On his twentieth birthday he finally plucked up the courage and asked SHIELD for a very big favour. He's been on Agent Garets team for a weak so far, and his intentions are to protect the families that need protecting, which means; all of them.

Alasdair is a man of his word. Although what he says may seem harsh, though there's always an alterior reason for his words. He's dangerous when on mission and gives S.H.I.E.L.D. almost everything he's got. Though he is only human, he has his strengths and weaknesses and everything in between. While on job he's critical and quite strict, but a good leader. When off the job he's a stand up guy. He's a single father, his wife and eldest daughter had died almost six years ago. He was left with his second daughter from whom he loves with all her heart.
Alastair has a generally normal life before S.H.I.E.L.D. He became a solider and retired early after he got caught in an explosion. After being hospitalized for six months, his wife, daughter and him all settled down. He had protected his family the best he could, by the time he was twenty-five he and his wife had two beautiful baby girls. They decided to move to New York City after Alasdair was offered a job there.
Alasdair was twenty-seven when his wife and firstborn daughter were killed by an out of control inhuman. With a saddened heart he took care of his remaining daughter. Almost two weeks after the incident, S.H.I.E.L.D. had taken an interest in him. Two agents had shown up at his doorstep, after discussion, Alasdair accepted their proposal. No one aside from those agents and Alasdair truly know what they spoke about, but obvious what it was, it had become enough for him to entrust S.H.I.E.L.D. with his daughter's life.
Alasdair had quickly climbed the ladders which was quite a shock. By the time he was thirty-two he was Clearence level eight. Recently after his latest mission he had been promoted to level nine. Within eight short years Alasdair had managed to secure a high ranking position and is now leading his own team, unaware that one of them is a HYDRA rat nonetheless.

Eleanor was born on a stormy evening in Queens, New York. Her parents were loving and kind, but like most people in New York, had a tough exterior. Both of Peter's parents are affiliates in S.H.I.E.L.D., and all three of them work in the same division; reconissance. Mother was a gorgeous agent with a thick Italian accent, Father was a rugged Canadian agent with a knack for gatheirng information. They got along easily, and Peter was the result. Peter is a representation of comeplete and utter love. Peter was accepted to the program and though he has only a medium type of clearence, he is still very valuable. As a child, Peter spent much time on his own conjuring up friends to play with. He was never truly lonely, but Peter knew that something was missing in his life. He was isolated from people, but when he was introduced to regular society, he found that he was truly full of love for humanity and for all people. School was a little hard. Not everyone was as kind and living as Peter and he was often at the blunt of many jokes and many displays of adolecent violence. Yet Peter never lost his love for humanity. When he was 13-years-old his parents divorced, and his mother got custody of him, but his dad was allowed to see him whenever he wanted. Peter and his mom moved to Central Queens while his Dad stayed on Long Island.

History
Kristoffer was born in Copenhagen, Denmark where his lived as a normal young man who went to school, loved to read, and played sports at school. His mother Taya was a school teacher at the University where she studied and taught Ancient Asian Cultures, with a focus on China, Korea and Japan. She was fluent in Chinese which is where Kristoffer learned to speak Chinese as well as Danish. His father was an esteemed military leader with an extensive background dating all the way back (hypothetically) too the Viking Era. The Brask family was more of a clan, in which Kristoffer grew up in with many people around him who he called family.
Nothing particularly tragic happened in his lifetime and his journey to the United States was successful. As a young man he married Kathrin Carter, who was playfully nicknamed Kitty. They were only married for three years before she forced a divorce upon him. She claimed that he wans't doing enough for her and he was too busy with his work to pay any attention to her. Kristoffer was torn, but agreed to the divorce because he felt that she wanted to be free of him.
His carreer was a Black Ops Agent was successful, but after a terrible, traumantic and appaling mission gone wrong, Kritoffer was released. He will never whisper of what happened, but it's rumored that he had several organs replaced and underwent major plastic sugery. His story remained his secret, but his reputation preceded him as he was referred to S.H.I.E.L.D. by his old director.
Since then, Kristoffer has been looking for something to help him fulfill the empty spot he feels. Sometimes it's alcohol, sometimes it's a gorgeous woman, it varies in category and quality. He finds that his work can be rewarding, but it's not quite enough.

Manners Maketh Man. That single phrase has been imbedded within Crispin's curious mind. ever since he was a wee little lad he had been raised as a proper gentleman. With his suave personality he had absolutely no trouble with the ladies, however, to match his charming personality was his intellect. Unlike most science nerds, Crispin was confident and what most would call the popular guy. It seemed in his adolescence he always was surrounded by people who simply adored him. Although Crispin kept his polite attitude, he wasn't quite fond of all the attention. Though he was a performer and thus he put on a show for them.
Crispin had a younger brother, whom he was extremely protective of. He supported his brother in everything, even though he wasn't at the caliber of intelligence Crispin was at, he was still one of the smartest kids Crispin knew. Crispin is driven by his emotions, he's fun loving and curious about the world around him, like every scientist should be, but don't get on his bad side because he doesn't easily forget grudges. He is loyal and supportive of those close to him and hates seeing sad faces, that's why he tries to keep everyone happy all the time. However, sometimes that just isn't possible.
Crispin has always been conscience driven and tries to be kind to everyone, but that was before he learned of HYDRA and the evil they have done. Right about then was when he was recruited by SHIELD. They had said that his intelligence could be a great addition to the organization once it was put to better use. Neither Crispin or his parents had any complaints and thus he was sent to the academy. He was shocked at the intelligence that surrounded him. With every turn it seemed that the intellect was overwhelming and Crispin realized he was apart of that. He became much more observant and was pleased with his abilities. Upon his stay at the academy his manners seemed to intertwine with the art of persuasion deception. He became an illusionist with manners.
Crispin has long since become an official agent of SHIELD. Although he is still only clearance level 5, he has become quite useful. He is an adaptive agent although becoming a biochemist and engineer he is always well versed when it comes to handling weaponry. His confidence has come in handy, and he has even learned to go from a man with great manners to a common everyday person. Crispin can sometimes seem impulsive, which necessarily isn't very far from the truth, however, sometimes that quality works in his favor.

Mike is rather fawning. He is infamous for his flattery. But, his tongue is as sharp as it is silver. His sassiness is known to piss many. His sarcastic and witty one-liners make him get into rather awkward situations, especially when they happen to be innuendos, which they often are. While some admire his gall to mock stronger opponents, his spunky attitude does not mean he is stupidly brave, sometimes he's just being bravely stupid. Truly, he is very haughty and arrogant. His snobby, hoity-toity attitude, mixed with his impudence, make many people want to break his face. To mask his pompousness, he sweet-talks people into liking him. Those who know him well know him as a vain prick.

Mike's mother left his father when he was young, and had another child with someone else. That couple did not last, so Bonnie moved back in with his father, but they were never remarried. Jeremy and Mike got along really well, Mike was very protective of his younger brother. Freddy and Bonnie did eventually start dating as the brothers began middle school. Unknown to anyone, Jeremy's father was a mutant and thus so was Jeremy. Some HYDRA agents showed up to their high school one day and due to a mix up with the photo of the boys, which showed both brothers, they assumed Mike Schmidt was Jeremy Fitzgerald. Mike was kidnapped and played along, pretending to be Jeremy. He was experimented on, as the agents tried, in vain, to discover his power.
They ended up doing some tests, trying to give him powers, but as far as he knows, they were unsuccessful. He eventually escaped, running from the facility and into the arms of some S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. He joined S.H.I.E.L.D. the following day. He convinced his parents, and the police, that he was taken by child molesters rather than crazed scientists. He never did tell his brother that his father wasn't entirely human. He had a partner, of similar age, named Felix Schneider, who retired to health problems. Their last mission together involved the apprehension of an enhanced serial killer, Vincent Vancouver. The mission failed, and left Felix in a wheelchair, along with post traumatic stress disorder. Vincent has since sided with Hydra.

One word to describe Tessa is wallflower. She's always been on the outside, never truly fitting in. She's a huge booknerd and is very socially awkward. Once she's friends with you though she is a completely different person. She's loud and silly and a complete smartass.

She has photogenic memory and self diagnosed obsessive compulsive disorder. She may be shy and awkward, but she is an amazing fighter. Top of her class at the academy.
History:
Tessa was born in Portland, Oregon to Daniel and Harriet Eberhart. She didn't have any friends growing up, she wasn't very outgoing and still isn't. She was picked on a lot for being a wallflower which gave her all the more reason to shut herself away from everyone. When she was 13 her mom died in a car accident. Or what she thought was a car accident at the time. Her dad grew distant and barely acknowledged her. She started growing a wall to protect herself from the pain of her mom's death and being ignored by her father.
When she was 17 she was accepted into Shield Academy of Operations. She was at the top of her class. She had trouble in the beginning, she wasn't very physically built for operations, but she learned quickly how to use her smaller body against her opponents. It helped that she remembered every little detail of her opponents movements. She did better as the months wore on and refused to drop out like most of her classmates. She made some friends but was always worried about school that she never hung out with them and basically shut them out as she normally did with people.
It wasn't till her last year that she met someone who was just like her. They were paired up for a mock field mission. Tessa helped them open up to people and vice versa.
After Tessa graduated they went on their separate ways, but she is still thankful for what they did for her. After reaching level 6 she discovered a file about a gifted who had been locked in the fridge. The gifted had the ability to control objects with his min, although Shield dismissed that idea and came up with a scientific explanation for it. In the file one of the, incidents, caused by him, was a car accident in Portland. He had lifted the car (with his abilities) and thrown it into a tree, killing the driver. The driver, Tessa found out, was her mother.
