Actually i think it is suppost come out in 2014... it was going to be a movie either last year or this year sometime but the previous director dropped it i think (good thing to because it was the director of Twlight and she wanted Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson to play max and fang :P gag... haha) and now it has a new director and james patterson wants to make sure the cast is what he pictures them as or something... i have read a few articles not sure if all of them are true but i guess we will find out some way or another :) haha
As for it being a movie.. well i do but i dont... i do because i think it would be sweet to see fang on screen <3 haha and the effects and maybe clear up some things i had a hard time visualizing but i dont because i dont want it to be compeletly inaccurate as was Percy Jackson. But i did think they did a fairly nice job with THG..... buuuut you never know......

I feel that if they made it into a movie, it should be portrayed accurately and the characters should be perfect but as most Hollywood movies, it can't be exactly how us fans always want it. I just pray that if they go forth with it that they do it right.

I honestly hope for a movie, but I don't want them to change the whole story and use actors who are much older than the characters... Sigh, it's really annoying when they do that. Like the Percy Jackson movie, it ruined a good book!

From what I heard,the movie is coming out in 2014.personally,I believe if they make a movie it probably won't be that good.It'll probably have bad green screen effects,the characters won't be the same as the book...but I still do wanna watch it,to see how it is.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible for a movie to come out in 2014. As of now, there isn't a director(first one dropped out) or casting director(kinda vital to casting characters). I have hoped for it to become a movie forever but if it would, would it be up to the fan's standards? I don't know. Anyway, even if they started production now, it would definitely not be out by 2014.

Yeah. I'd like to see a movie because it would probably be pretty good, especially with the special effects we have now
