Considering I don't have a lot to update our members on, this will be short.
Feed
I have finished reading this months group read. I knew that it was not going to take me long to complete. I have only picked one book per month for a group read to give our members time to read more of their personal reads or to read for authors to give reviews. That being said, if you think that I should be adding more than just one book a month, feel free to let me know in the suggestions folder.
Since I have finished the monthly read, I will now spend the rest of the month reading for our groups authors. With the exception of a few days for a personal read that I have been looking forward to.
Moderator Search
I have added a moderator. She is an addicted reader and will be able to help answer some of your questions and help me run this group in hopes of keeping it as active as possible. I am looking for another MOD or two still. If you are interested, head over to the MOD search discussion. I would love to add at least one author to our MOD list. So if you have a few minutes each day or two to devote to this group and you are a writer, please let me know. I have some idea's that I would like a writer to help me with in regards to keeping this group more interesting for all involved.
That's just about all I needed to update. So keep reading and have fun.

We don't have a lot of updates. I have been busy reading as many of the books listed in the request for review section as I can. I've personally been working on getting my new blog up and off of the ground. A few authors have been extremely kind to offer me free books to review for them and I would like to thank you all for any help you have given me on my journey of getting my blog up and running.
Member Blogs
I have added a discussion feed dedicated to members sharing their review blogs and gain followers. If we all help one another out, we can all gain a nice follower base. You can find the discussion under the Member Reviews Folder (or follow this link)
Writer's Corner
I have added a folder to the group that will soon be filled with tips, exercises, and anything else related to writing. I am currently throwing ideas around with a couple of our group authors out there. I am again extremely thankful to the authors and all the help they are giving me and this group. Keep your eyes open in the following weeks for some awesome things in this new folder.
Readers Corner
I have added the Readers Corner folder for any members that want to chat about any novels that are not the current 'Book of the Month (BOTM)'. Feel free to create discussions regarding books, series, book-to-films, etc. Anything goes means anything goes ;)
This is your group so feel free to suggest what you want to see more of, and feel free to add discussions. What you want is what you get.

I'm sitting here for once in an empty house, it doesn't happen often considering the handful of children I have. I figured that there would be no better time to add an update then the extremely loud silence that I am sitting in. So here is what I am working on at the moment.
BOTM (Book of the Month)
With our poll clearly showing Fantasy in the lead, I posted a topic on suggested monthly reads. I figured, March can be Fantasy themed. I randomly picked one of the suggestions and I have added it to our currently reading shelf. You can see it in the front page of our group and start reading at any time, however, it is our March read. If you have any other suggestions for monthly reads, feel free to add them to the suggested monthly read folder or by clicking here ! All suggestions are welcomed and will be considered.
Members Blogs
Under the 'Members Reviews' folder, I have added a discussion for members with book review blogs. Feel free to post any of your blogs in that discussion, however, if your posting in there please find time to follow some of your group mates blogs as well. Click here to go there now.
Writer's Corner
I realize that it is still empty but I have been working hard with a few authors and we are still in the planning stage of what we are adding there. If you are a writer and have any tips to add to the group to help out some other writers, feel free to add them there. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Reviewers Tips
It was suggested that we add some reviewers tips to the writers corner. I thought it a great idea and so I have added a topic. I've put some of my tips that I have found, feel free to add your own or go and see what is there. Click HERE!
Follow Me
I have been a member of other groups and they all seem to have the Follow Me section. As a reviewer, I have found that followers are extremely important if you ever wish to become a reviewer of ARCs, participate in blog tours, cover reveals, and giveaways. So I have added a section for us to share our blogs, twitters, and facebook pages. Please follow back if you are posting in those folders. If you have any suggestions for this folder, feel free to mention them in the suggestions folder.
The Writing Game
I am by no means a writer, someday maybe but it is doubtful, but I have added a little game. I figured, if anything, it will get our creative juices rolling. So if you have a spare moment and are interested, check it out by clicking HERE!
March BOTMs
This was a suggested read and the reviews on it are looking good. If you want to read and review with us in March, pick up a copy.
One of our authors is looking for reviews. I have read and reviewed this book, it is awesome and worth the read. If you want to be apart of the discussion in March, find a copy :)
An author in our group is looking for reviews and has suggested this as a BOTM. It looks unique and intriguing so I have added it as well. Pick up a copy for March to read and discuss this book.
All discussion folders for the March reads will open on the 1st of March. If you want to participate in the discussions, then get your copies soon. Participation is not mandatory.

I recently went through some health issues, everything is getting back to normal now, but the group fell through the cracks. Currently, I am looking for a few MODS who will help me run the group and act as page owners, like me. Some changes will be made through this time.
New Monthly Reads
I added two new books that I have recently read as our monthly reads. As always, these are just suggestions and not necessary to read but I encourage you to read and leave your thoughts about them in the discussion folder HERE.
Discussion Folders
I will be cleaning up our boards over the next few days. Any discussion folder that has not had a new comment in over 3 months will be deleted with minimal exceptions.

Hello to all of our fellow readers and reviewers. My name is Kristine and I have created this group for a few reasons. The first reason is because I absolutely love reading and reviewing and wanted to find like minded people to share some thoughts and discussions with. The second is because my time on goodreads has allowed me to notice that there are SEVERAL authors out there who just want to have their work reviewed. It helps the author learn, and it helps promote their books. Since I love reading and reviewing and was sure that I was not alone, I figured I would make a group where we can all mingle and help one another out. That being said, Welcome to the Anything Goes Book Reviewers group!
When I first created this group I was expecting a slow climb in members. But thanks to a member who joined and thought enough of our little group to invite all of his friends on over, we have climbed up in members rather quickly. Thanks Alexandar! So now that we have a larger member base, I would like to start my search for another moderator. My hopes for this group is that it always remain active and keeps our members interested. So in order to help with those goals I will be starting the hunt for a moderator shortly. Keep your eye in this discussion folder, I will be posting what I am looking for within the next few days.

February's group read is Feed. However, if you wish to read something else, that is fine as well. I figure for now I will be listing one book a month for the group read. This will give our members the time to read personal reads or read for authors requesting reviews. If you don't agree with my plans, feel free to drop some suggestions into the suggestion folder.
Last Little Note:
I will keep our members updated through these little newsletters. I am not a fan of flooding your inboxes every time something small has changed. So I will try and keep the updates in the group. This means you will have to come look for them, but you get to keep your inbox for whatever else may float your boat.
