I am one of your fellow authors. Currently, I am helping to support a brand new TV Show called Significance Series coming to an online channel soon.
Significance is a book series by best selling author Shelly Crane.

How would you feel if you met your soul mate and upon doing so, you were enveloped into a supernatural world, resulting in the both of you having x-men like powers!? Would it be the coolest thing ever? We think so! To have the love of your life by your side while being able to possess out of this world super human powers, would be the greatest experience ever! Imagine being able to control the elements of the earth! To create earth quakes, move mountains or control energy fields around you! To be able to move at incredible speeds and control the minds of anyone you desire. To control electricity and become invisible! To heal the sick and create new supernatural beings! Well, since this is fantasy and sadly not reality, we have taken the incredible project Significance under our belts and will be creating this world for you to love and enjoy!

Significance is a one-hour character driven sci-fi/action/fantasy drama that follows Maggie Masters, a strong intelligent seventeen year old girl that for the most part has led a somewhat normal life. She is unsure about where to go to college or if she wants to go at all. Maggie struggles to accept her home life with her mother out of the picture. She is trying to take care of her father, a recluse suffering from chronic depression. Her life changes dramatically when a fated encounter submerges her into a parallel world of incredible super human beings with spectacular supernatural abilities called Aces. She is forced to enter an extraordinary world that takes her from arguing amongst friends to fighting against families, battling bloodlines, and an ancient war of races from antiquity.

With new powers and strange allies at her side, Maggie must grow into a highly gifted heroin and embark on an amazing adventure, at the same time defending the ones she loves while keeping her new life a secret. She is hesitant to immerse herself into this new role in her life. Ultimately she has to choose to accept who she has become and seek out the answers of her true identity and where she really comes from. Her answers begin to make waves in the Ace community and lead to unforeseen discoveries and compelling twists. Her and her friends must battle to stay alive long enough to discover the truth. Making this difficult choice while trusting herself to save those around her, Maggie ultimately realizes that blood ties run deep and the person that needs the most protection is her.
