Al (retreadmaj) I'm currently an Army student at the Naval War College in Newport.

If anyone is interested, I can send y'all the reading lists for the classes Strategy & War and Joint Maritime Operations, or post some of the highlights here on the list. I also have the reading lists for Red Team member (really good course at FT Leavenworth) and USMC Command & Staff College.

'Aussie Rick' (aussierick) Thanks Al for the reading list for the classes Strategy & War and Joint Maritime Operations. I'm afraid I have only read one book on that pretty exhaustive list:

74. Horne, Alistair. A Savage War of Peace: Algeria 1954-1962. New York: New York Review Books, 2006.

A Savage War of Peace Algeria, 1954-1962 by Alistair Horne by Alistair Horne

Al (retreadmaj) No problem, Rick. I need to forward it to Eric, then I'll post a shortened list here on this thread during the week, as well as an abbreviated list from my SAMS class (School of Advanced Military Studies). The SAMS list is heavy on theory and operational design.
