Hi, all! I'm so glad you're excited for Holly’s story. I CANNOT wait to share it with you.

I just heard today that the US mass market paperback release has been bumped up from June to March, so that's a whole three months sooner.

Also, I should have a cover to share SOON! The UK cover is done — I've got it right here but don't know how to post it. The US cover is taking longer because they did a live shoot with models for it — it will have a man and a woman — so it's taking a bit longer.

In the meantime, I'm working on SOUL DEEP, the next novella in the I-Team After Hours series. I guess you could call it I-Team 6.5. It tells Jack West's story. He's Nate's father in SKIN DEEP, the owner of the Cimarron. His heroine is Janet Killeen, the FBI agent who was shot in STRIKING DISTANCE.

Thanks so much for your support and encouragement this past year. It meant so much to me and still does.

For an author, every book is a journey. It starts with an idea, takes shape in the writers mind, sends her off to do research, and ends in places she couldn’t imagine.

But SEDUCTION GAME…

I started it in January 2014. While I was writing the first chapter, I got the news that my former mother-in-law and friend had been in a terrible car accident. She died a few days later.

I was a few chapters in when I got the devastating news that I had invasive ductal carcinoma, a form of breast cancer. I had no choice but to set the book aside while I underwent a bilateral mastectomy, three months of chemotherapy, and five weeks of daily radiation treatments. I was too sick even to imagine writing. It seemed to me that months of sickness, pain, and fear had destroyed my creativity. I told those closest to me that I was afraid I’d never write again.

And then another January came. I was able to stop using morphine. And to my surprise, a book exploded out of my soul.

I started at the beginning, rewrote what I’d written. I wrote faster than I’ve written since the early days of my fiction career, and I loved every moment of it. I laughed, got teary-eyed, and reveled in the feeling of writing again. Holly came to be my favorite heroine EVER as her story unfolded on the page. And I felt ALIVE again.

SEDUCTION GAME isn’t just a book to me. It’s my literary fist held high in the air. It’s my way of showing the world that I am still here, still on my feet, still creating despite the horrors of cancer.

Cancer is (hopefully) behind me. Now, we’re less than 24 hours away from the book’s release. That thought made me burst into tears when I woke up this morning. Yes, all books are journeys, but I feel like I traveled through hellfire to bring you this one.

I hope with all my heart that you enjoy it.

this just about brought me to tears too! So looking forward to reading this, and knowing the background makes it that much more meaningful.

Wow!!! What an incredible journey Pamela!!! So glad you were able to overcome all the obstacles. I preordered your book and I can't wait to read it...I literally put a timer on my phone haha your books are the best contemporary romance series I've ever read

I was lucky to get an ARC from Netgalley and I've read it twice, if that says anything. Pamela mentioned my review on her FB because I managed to write that thing without any spoilers.

Can't wait to read it, have pre-ordered it in both kindle and paperback.

I've got it sitting on my Kindle. I can't read it yet, because I don't have time to really sit down and dig in, but asap.

It was so hard not to open it today! But there are way too many distractions right now.

Pamela Clare has exceeded all of my expectations with Seduction Game. Awesome storyline, fun, sexy, exciting, love love love Holly! She's as tough and loyal as any of the Iteam heroes. One of her best books yet, Great Job.

Just finished Seduction Game and i have to say it was absolutely fantastic! One of the best, if not the best of the I-Team series. So pleased Holly got such a kick ass story.
Have left reviews here and on Amazon UK though Amazon is not showing what people have actually written at present just star rating-hopefully they will sort it.

It was fabulous! I loved it! Posted my review here and on Amazon. Hope it is up soon on Amazon! Such a great book! Holly was spectacular!

I had that thing where, even though I know the story's over and the epilogue is moving to a close, I still thought, "that's it? I want more!"

I think there are going to be some I-Team novellas. Which will be great because they'll catch us up with the established couples.

This isn't the official end of the series, is it? I mean, Derek Tower could get a story, right?
