Is everybody going to be ready to read this in the next few days?
I'm starting today - unless it's being pushed back...?
As far as I know the date hasn't changed.
I'm at about page 150. So far I'm not really liking this book. Part of it is that nothing is really happening and when something does happen it's a bad thing.
I feel the same. I actually started this book before and got just under 150 pages. It's very all over the place and I am not connecting to the characters like I want to. I am not about 200 pages in and this is taking too long for me to finish. I will finish because it is very rare that I do not finish a book.
It sucks that we both feel that way but at least we aren't alone. I will finish it too. Like you I rarely never finish a book. No matter how awful it gets.
I've finished. I do not feel that it got any better. I could not connect with the characters. The story felt forced and lost at times. I want to read the second but I doubt I will.
I finished this he other day and I see that I forgot to come here. It sucks that we both didn't like this. I gave it a 1. I couldn't think of one thing that I liked about this book.
