When Harry dreams being the snake and attacking Mr. Weasley. He slithers up to a Mr. Weasley, rears up and bites him on t..."
Understandable. Certainly one of the scariest and uneasy chapters of the series. Happens right after Harry's first kiss, too, if I remember correctly.
The grave yard where Voldermort kills Cedric Diggory.

This particular scene was quite well portrayed in the movie too.

Yeah, that scene was the one that schocked me the more in the series, I think.
Apart from Fred's death in the seventh book, but that one was sad instead of scary.

yeah... so creepy spidersss! they are scary small... if i saw one so big in real life, i would just die...

And that too!

And another I'll say from the Azkaban movie, when Harry and Hermione were hiding from the werewolf, and he suddenly came in front of them.

Apart from these, I think in GOF, when Wormtail takes Harry's blood.

2. Apart from that that's not really scary but in the chamber of secrets, when harry and Ron took the flying car and got stuck in the tree.
3. When in the deathly hallows, the snake came out of Bathilsa Bagshot and destroyed the building and almost Harry too.
