1) Go to your profile page on instagram within a new window or tab.
e.g. My user is fishthatreads ,therefore the link to my profile would be www.instagram.com/fishthatreads

2) Then open up and expand the picture by clicking it.

3) Copy the hyperlink of the expanded picture and paste it here.
