Twitter Summer Read-A-Thon 2016 discussion

Throughout the readathon there is seven main challenges to complete along with seven mini daily challenges which will be posted on each day when the new thread goes up.

The seven main challenges are:
1. Read a book that's green in colour
2. Read a book longer than 250 pages
3. Read a book that has a movie adaptation
4. Read read a book with pictures
5. Start and finish a series
6. Read a book with a location in its title
7. Read a summer themed book

You can double up on challenges with one book. For example 2 challenges for one book - a Green cover and over 250 pages or read a book with a location in its title and has pictures in.

You are allowed to double up twice so you have to read a minimum of 5 books to reach maximum points.

One point awarded for a challenge completed including the mini challenges - maximum of 14 points.
The daily challenges will be uploaded in the daily threads so keep an eye out.

So glad you are excited I can't wait. I made up the rules and now don't have books for them hahaha -_- need to go get some books today. I'll upload my TBR on twitter and youtube today or tomorrow :)x

Hi, Could anyone suggest books for 4,6 and 7. Rest i am planning on reading the Inheritance series

4. miss pergrines home for peculiar children, a harry potter with a map in or any book with a map in ? or you could use a graphic novel :)
6. I am reading Journey to Jo'Burg - anything with a lotion in eg my friend is using The murder complex- even though its not an actual place she is using the world complex as a location. kind of cheating but you can :) as long as it has an actual place you could visit eg a complex a city a town eg paper towns.
7.The summer themed book can be the cover or plot. most contemporaries are summer themes by plot. but cover could be anything with grass, flowers sun etc on the cover :) I am reading Alienated

I have read them already! loved them. But it was so long ago. I wish to read it again. You must read the other 2.

I think I'll try this, I've been looking for something to read! Don't know what I'll do about the series one.... Help?
