Playing God discussion

Hello Everyone!

I'm getting ready to post some introductory discussion questons related to Andy Crouch's book Playing God: Redeeming the Gift of Power. Before I did that, I thought it might be good to copy the the schedule we'll be following this summer and to share a few thoughts about the format for the discussion.

Here's the schedule:
June 3-June 22: Obtain book, read Part 1
June 22-July 10: Discuss Part 1, read Part 2
July 10-July 27: Discuss Part 2, read Part 3
July 27-August 17: Discuss Part 3, read Part 4
August 17-August 31: Discuss Part 4

I will post a few discussion questions in order to help kick off the discussion of each section of the book. I'll also chime in to try to facilitate discussion. For the most part, though, I'm hoping that all of you will be actively involved by posting your thoughts and questions and responding to other peoples' posts.
