Really interesting and diferent premise along with some beautifal quotes that make you think.

Also his wife is weird and I think she tried to commit suicide by taking all her sleeping pills. I'm sad Clarisse disappeared/is dead because I liked her. She was funny even if she was insane. And I liked the effect she had on Montag. (hide spoiler)]

50% (view spoiler)[ So now Montag wants to save books?? This is all very confusing and the plot seems to be lacking fluidity for me. I feel like this book jumps around a lot. And this world seems bleak, no one is happy and that just sounds miserable. Mildred is weird and how the hell have Faber and Montag combined?? Makes no freaking sense! (hide spoiler)]

Finished (view spoiler)[ Okay I could not hear a single thing on the majority of my bus ride home so I just had to reread it from the physical. I don't understand the war part, WHAT WAR?? I had no idea there was a war and now I feel very confused ugh. I liked Granger and thought he had a good idea about how to save the books. Hopefully they'll also come up with a better plan to tell society to shove it because books are the best. (hide spoiler)]

You should find the interviews with Ray Bradbury they were really interesting and he explains how he came up with the idea. I felt like everything made sense after that.

But Montag is taking it further and thinking about the messages and meaning behind books. I read this book when I was much, much younger (like 8-10) so I look forward to reading it again!

It is so twisted that she is considered insane because she actually thinks and questions things. I like how she is the person to awaken Montag from the brainwashing.
