I will agree with Sophia Giambelli and Callie Dunbrook but my other three would be: Catarina Hale (Blue Smoke), Rowan Tripp (Chasing Fire), and Anna Spinelli Quinn (the Chesapeake Bay Saga).

Bigpallooka Old thread, however I thought I would add that my favourite NR book is The Witness and therefore my favourite heroine is Abigail Lowery, although The Search is a close second with Fiona Bristow.
